25 quid for a piece of net fs!😂
My wife's family have a factory in China. The cost of manufacture of that piece of nylon is probably less than .01 cent, they are made in massive rolls by the hundreds daily. Selling it for $25 is beyond ridiculous, particularly with it's lower-than-premium looking packaging. It looks like something from the dollar store. The "it lasts 3 years" angle is a weak way to find some kind of value proposition, yes it lasts 3 years because it's nylon, a synthetic which takes 250 years to break down in a landfill. Nice girl, not so smart.
China are great 👍 ❤🎉and it's not expensive.
Hi David can we connect can you send me your email
Yh but how about this rock 🪨
It will last you 1000000+ years.
$25M pls 🤲🏽
No
Touker's advice is great
This stuff is too expensive at 25 pounds. She has an amicable personality but her price point is too high to be a mass market product
Yup. You are correct.
Amicable personality 😂 what a compliment
Dragons seem much more friendly and calm compared to earlier seasons
There investments are starting to pay off lol
It’s about time
Probs cuz the offers are all fake now. Its just entertainment
For that Jenny is out.
@@closetometrue, the majority never actually happen in the end
She's actually helping china more than Ghana and for that reason Jenny is out.

Bring Jenny back. We miss her!
Is Ghana by Rhea?
I think Touker is very much on point about this product and even if the entrepreneur follows his advice, Nett Exfoliator will never be a massive product. It just isn't supposed to be. But at least it won't go back to selling 80 units / month.
it was 80 for the year
Those have been selling on Amazon for years under different names.
She's selling a bit of nylon mesh for £25?
She's selling a GREAT INVENTION OF AFRIKA! for £25.
It dey culta!
Sarah was spot on. The product can be easily replicated, plus it's priced too high.
There's an unlimited number of exfoliates made out of Nylon that can bought either online or in retail stores, machine washable, and some of the cheaper ones are priced from $2.50 to $7.25.
She was lovely I hope she reworks her business into a cheaper to buy product that could thrive.
Dragons Den is easily one of the best youtube channels.
Love to find clips I haven't already seen
25 pound ?!!!! Are y crazy😂😂😂😂 99 p get one for free mate
you can get this down the local afro shop for about a pound
There's a shop dedicated exclusively to afros?
@@BenjaminGooseDon't know if you we're joking but an afro shop is generally just a shop that sells African products, nothing to do with afros. Although you can buy afro combs there 😅
exactly @@tiernodiallo1
Cheerful lady despite being turned down 👏🏽
25 quid? 😂😂😂
Not sure if she is selling this on Amazon but I found the same product and you get 4 for £9.99 and it does the same thing
Yeah, you can buy these in any African beauty store in London for a couple of quid.
@@littleboots9800They are free in South Africa when you buy a pocket of oranges. This is crazy.
@@Comrade_Jason Lol, yes!
Glad she wasn’t those who leave Sad or Angry without Investment . She took the Advice to help .
This looks like its worth about 50p.
It is.
divide it by 10 will be more realistic.
fishing nets are valued by thier weight, and the quality is way better than the one in video.
She should sell that in Poundland
Very good idea. She'd shift a lot more.
"I'm not even here, and I'm out" -Jenny
But I’ll take the freebie all the same 😂
Grew up in Africa using an onion bag to do exactly this and also to wash your dishes
Traditional Ghanese...nylon?
Ghanaian.
I take a towel or a t-shirt or whatever and wash, I actually rub the back of the whole body with that and soapy water.
Her product is good and expensive. Better by any cheap long cloth .
The ‘net’ profit was just too low.
This is just 3 pounds in Africa shops 😅
for that reason I'm out jenny collecting penny
Christ these comments are so boring and cut n paste, ppl that desperate for a few likes?@@polovw89
Has Stephen mentioned social media yet?
Anybody paid £25 for those got ripped off
I get this plastic net thing free when i buy wash scroungy things 😂
My mother used to take the netting around onions etc and sew them and make pretty bath scrubs. Everyone did in the 50s 60s.
Rory could use these when hunting for fish or whatever the joke was
You could just use a towel...and we all need a towel right South Park?😉
NO YOU'RE A TOWEL!!!!!!!!
wanna get high ?
You’re a towel! 😂
Isn’t bird netting from the garden store the exact same thing?
Ticks the boxes, no matter how bad she is
Lol she got told by Toukah haha
It's a net....A NET
I use a rough washcloth. No need for special products.
Sell it in fairtrade shops (people still wouldn’t pay £25 for it).
Not sure what planet she is living on. Its the same item that sweet potatoes and avocados etc come in. Just tie them together and you have the same thing for free. Not $25 !!!! Oh also, maybe its just me but I use my exfoliating gloves for a year, just soak in vinegar and baking soda to clean.
Most people use exfoliating skin scrubs.
Did deborah break her arm again? Feels like it’s been years
She takes part in millionaire fight club
It can be her husband break her arm ..
She is a greedy selfish woman 👩 😏 that's why she break arm .
The disposable cheap ones are not hygienic? They are constantly in soap and water! Oh but this product you can put it in washing machine..... so you're putting it in soap and water.... lol
And yet washcloths need routine washing. Probably because the soapy water is mixed with the dirt and skin and it stays in the material. You'd have to actively soap and rinse the cloth/net at the end of each shower to avoid this, ideally with detergent designed to penetrate material and in water a bit hotter than most people shower in.
She is helping herself to high a price it is probably only a few pence in the market she was talking about
Looks good but dont like all the plastic!! - Ive used Temple Spring exfoliating gloves from Amazon for years- they are made predominantly of bamboo and come in cardboard packaging. I can wash them in washing machine and they last 6+ months pair! Definatley wouldnt swap to something that is all plastic !
It looks like garbage!
that's outsourcing human resource.
wow, we can buy these in Korea for like 70p
If it can't be made from natural, biodegradable materials, don't make it. And that's a ridiculous sales price too.
Feel bad for the people who got scammed out of $25💀
So she wants you to buy her product that's bad for the environment that lasts on average 2 years for £25
In place of a product that is naturally made that lasts a month costing on average £1. (£24)
Do the maths. It's better for the environment and cheaper to buy the latter
Who’s the best exfoliator?
Why is everything she's saying a question?
@4:35 how Debra broke that wrist. Climbing up her husbands back
In Japan, everyone uses something like this.
I just wash mine whenever I feel like it.
It's just like a net you get avocados or oranges in....
Far from the worst pitch that's been on Dragon's Den...
Its actually up there
Ethereum 🎉
Someone needs to turn Evan's mic up.
“Most people have never heard of the product”. Seriously? It’s in all the African beauty supply shops for like £3 and you get a LOT more net than what she’s selling
Where’s the videos gone??
Did she say she wasn’t wearing makeup? Wouldn’t have thought otherwise!
We have the same in Sweden for 12 SKR it will be 1Pund i think This is to expensive
I must say this is probably one of the weakest businesses that I've seen on DD
I agree nothing really proprietary and she probably realized this and took a gamble on snagging a dragon. She got free promo regardless.
Yes - although she was only valuing it at £100k which was one of the lowest I've seen. This is an example of being given poor advice from friends and family.
Should definitely take on board toukers advice, and also peters.
It's underwhelming, but it's not terrible. Definitely not investable though.
TRUST ME, i've seen EVEN weaker, and there's hundreds who come in with business ideas that are merely just a franchisee or have HUGE debt or have the entrepreneur lie to make the business seem better.
Wow calm down alot compared to the earlier days, when they were blatantly rude and sarcastic and arrogannt to people - especially debra meaden who was very rude and blunt.
Why wouldn't you be rude to people?
@@PoemiserableDo an experiment and try doing both and it should become obvious.
I hate the environmentally friendly mindset of “yeah it’s plastic but it’ll last you forever”. That means nothing if I decide to throw it in the bin.
She came for more publicity. I wonder if there are PR firms who help you get on Dragon Den.
Nylon is a type of plastic. It is, particularly in this form, a hazard for the environment. Imagine this ending up in the sea..
The commentator and his sarcastic remarks 😂
What happened to nanny Deborah’s hand 😢
She looks so much like my nanny ❤
What are you doing on youtube if you are young enough to still need a nanny?
Lol, in Nigeria here, its the cheapest sponge, lowest grade. Very Harsh on the skin. Except its not the normal net people hawk around.
A fishing net with holes in it
well... a fishing net, because a fishing net without holes is just a net
I'd pay £3 a piece at most
You spelt philanthropy with an extra h. js
Gar Lew eats beef casserole for breakfast, legit… hes being “controversial”
There another place selling this for £5.00
Can buy them online for a couple of quid each. Or even in an African shop for much cheaper.
Id love to learn more about how Peter is single handedly saving a village.
He explained it.
Did you not get it?
What she said about buying from the source in Ghana when umm the source is CHINA 🙈 betrays a total lack of business acumen. Not to mention the ludicrous price. Big no-no!
This is ridiculous, what a naf product for 25 quid ,also I don't replace them every month and i don't think most ppl do
1400 units, quite good????😂😂😂
I'm the bestie bigger inventor ,I'm going to surprise the planet with my wonderful inventions ❤🎉😊
Looks like some Grandad's old underpants!
She discontinued her business 😆
Business is rough
Lovely woman. Not a great eco business!
Not worth £25 no way...its too expensive...shes just greedy
wow, how can you be so clueless.
Simple, just apply everything you've learned so far about anything to build something and make it grow. You'll soon make a mistake that will teach you something somebody else thinks is obvious. And if they judge you the way you judge others then congratulations, you'll be clueless too! 😉
I can get 3 of those less than she is selling😂
What a scam
Why do they keep uploading these old episodes tho, do they think we are that dumb?
I dont think this woman is a savvy business woman. £25 omg who would pay that.
The old saying.. "dont feed the animal"
dont need any more plastic netting in the world 🤦 smh
Another cutie, hope she's successful 👍🏾
people saying she's not smart but what she wasn't telling the dragons is that it's her own family in ghana buying from china, so not only was she profiting but also allowing her folks back home to make a living too. turning £0.05 into £25 is why her % was so high for so little money, because it was pure profit all the way down
What a remarkably pointless product.
What level of delusion is this 😂😂😂. These are sold for less than a pound in Nigeria what is she on
Probably the most boring product on the den so far. Well is it really a product? it’s just a bit of cheap old worthless net
Eih! Sap)
What a daft concept. And stupidly priced also.
It's junk.
I reckon she'll give up on this, seems like a dead duck
Hopefully Debbie retires soon.😎
Why?
In that she has cancer for some time that is very possible. Happy?
