I went to one of his concerts once and he gave me his hat. He leaned down and place the hat on my head. After the show his dad came out and asked if we wanted it signed. Best day ever!

This guy is truly a great musician. He wrote these lyrics, sings them, AND plays lead guitar. Wow, amazing!

Two of the best country songwriters wrote this... not Paisley. He has co-writing credit but that is more business most likely of an artist dipping into what's not his.
@@robertlloydmusic despite only have a co-writer credit. Brad is very much involved in the writing of the song. Anytime he's not he doesn't give himself the credit like for Whiseky Lullaby or When I Get Where I'm Going. Both of which would have been easy to slap his name onto since he made slight adjustments to both songs but he doesn't credit himself unless he's heavily involved in writing the lyrics and/or music.

Agreed. Brad is one of my favorite country artist. He’s got a great sense of humor, is really great with double entendres, and seems like a genuinely nice person. With a good heart. 😁😎👍🏽👍🏽
This is an awesome song because it's pretty true. Almost everything here in America has some influence from another country. It's also cool because practically everyone in America descends from the people who were brave enough to say, "I've had enough!" and leave everything behind to come here, for freedom.

This is one of my favorite songs by Brad. I hear a lot of people talking about classic or iconic intros to songs, but Brad seems to be the master of great guitar Outros, at the end of his songs. Like the one at the end of his song “Water”. Another one of my favorites.

That’s when Boston’s Country 102.5. WKLB stepped in and asked Brad to change NY to “Live From Boston…(Chorus) it’s Saturday Night!” I still remembered that change from over 10 years ago
