As a designer my advice to you is open shelving in the kitchen ( slowly save for that) and REALLY take your time in picking furniture and items for your dream house. Remember this is your dream house you have both worked very hard. Buy good quality furniture one piece at a time that will last you. Just take your time. It’s so beautiful and spacious so proud of both of you
