How to Display Internet Speed on Linux Mint OS

For those who care about internet speed information used in Linux Mint OS, it is obligatory to use one of the features provided by Linux Mint itself.
This feature is called applets or if I personally call it a widget. There are many applets themselves, but specifically in this video I want to discuss the "Download and Upload Speed" applet by Cardsurf.
