Although these apartments are not without some issues( like any other), they are the ideal place to live if you want to be close to the beach. Sheridan Ocean Club Apartments is conveniently located between US-1 and SR-A1A., minutes from the Hollywood Broad Walk, Fort Lauderdale International Airport and under 2 miles to Dania Beach Pier. Sheridan Ocean Club is also the prime location for shopping, markets, dining, and entertainment. It is a great area and extremely convenient. One night I flew in really late & there were no ubers so I had to take a city bus from the airport to Hollywood. It was great to know it's possible & this is much closer! From this location you can practically walk to the airport. Yellow & Green (very cool) farmer's market nearby as well as the beach & its' billions of restaurants, but also a lot of natural areas close by.
As someone who has only lived in an apartment once in my life for a year, this video was good in pointing out the pros and cons of apartment living.While this complex seems nice it's not for everyone.👍🌴

When I moved to Florida from Los Angeles, I chose Sheridan Ocean Club because of your channel (even though you didn't mention the name, I could tell where it was, based on drone footage). It's been 2 years and for the most part I'm happy. After my first 2 months though, I almost moved out because of the no-see-ums, lol. It was cool getting to know you and your wife. Congrats again on the new house...

Congratulations on your new home. I think the location is awesome because it is close to so many things including the airport. I was in the area yesterday and thought of you. I have one question, how is the flooding situation in that property? Does it flood on red tide? I see how red tide affects other areas and was curious.
