I'd say so. I grew up very close to a train station, like literally across the street. I can't ever remember hearing trains coming and going.
Same at my Gran's house which was as close to a church tower that chimed every 15 minutes. Never heard them.

@@LibertarianLeninistRants interesting! Thanks for sharing! As an anarchist myself, we have the same goal (abolishing the state) but different ways of achieving it, specifically I am more of a evolutionary anarchist, I don’t believe in violent revolution to achieve our goal, but I think capitalism will naturally develop the technology needed to achieve communism and anarchism. For example Marxism-Leninism and Maoism in the 20th century, used human mathematicians to create its 5 year plans to produce sufficient products and foods needed for society, I think this was a failure, as it is best described by its pejorative definition; “shortage” economy as well as famine, And a shortage economy is how we can describe North Korea. Shortage for the workers, unlimited supply for the “supreme leader”. Whereas through capitalist evolution we have achieved 3D printing, and in the near future can mass produce 3D printed food, which when done right, can sufficiently feed the entire planet.
No longer requiring human labour or a capitalist class to create food. And this can soon be applied to building houses and medical instruments, There is a big difference between your thought and mine, you believe in a party apparatus to achieve our goal (which has led to authoritarianism and tyranny) I believe in evolution, education and science within capitalism to achieve it. Thanks for sharing!

Quite magnetic as most haunting things are for some odd reason 😢 Is North Korea true Hell? Seems to be.

This is one of my morning alarms now, in tandem with two Khmer Rouge songs - "Glorious 17th of April" (the national anthem), and "Children of the Revolution".

@@_GrandZeno I don’t doubt there’s free housing, and I completely agree with that, I also really like the fact that it has little to no crime, unlike most countries and cities. The problems that I have with it are that it is portrayed by the state as being an extremely high tier city even though if you look on google maps you can clearly tell that it’s just an illusion and that the rest of the city is impoverished and living poorly. My only wish to North Korea is that they stop pretending that the country isn’t struggling, it’s apparent that sanctions are hurting the country. I do think that it has potential, but it scares the world with nuclear power and makes itself out to be an enemy state to most countries.

    Ah, I love this arrangement.
This is not really as sinister as it's being billed. From what I have seen of DPRK media a huge reverence is reserved for the fallen souls during the war. So it's kind of like "Thank you for giving us this. We will never forget you."

I agree, some think that this is what all North Korean music sounds like, but in fact, there are quite a few cheerful songs. This particular one is actually meant to be a lament for Kim Il Sung's death, if I'm not mistaken, so no wonder that it sounds depressing, in my opinion.

A certainly Erie song with a hint of evil but perhaps that’s because we don’t fully understand NK and are drawn to think the worst against the country. It is a shame that we cannot visit and that our countries have conflict with each other. The mountains of North Korea are one of the most beautiful.
