what bottles are those?
Can you explain why nipples down? This to me would trap water like a cup. I always put mine in facing up so it's not a cup..

So you have to wash the bottles first? Not just rinse them out and put them in? Whats the point of the sterilzer if you have to wash them first?
Yes, you have to clean the bottles first and then put them into the sterilizer and sterilize them
I just received the papablic sterilizer and I’m confused about sterilizing the parts before use. It says to sterilize the appliance twice, does this mean I need to sterilize just the small basket first and then sterilize again with just the large basket? Or do I sterile both together and do it twice?
I did both together twice but looking at this they want you to do it separately
If you just run the machine without anything does it not sterilize itself?
It's like the instructions aren't for real humans...it was not clear on the box at all how to do it

Please remove the "tray"(bottle stand), then it will fit your evenflo bottles perfectly.
