I don't know what people were expecting, but this looks and feels exactly like what I expect from a Test Drive Unlimited game. I played the shit out of TDU2 and this doesn't disappoint at all
I played demo on 4K resolution with 7950x3d, 4070ti and 64 gb ddr5 6000mhz. I have 35 fps dlss off and all ultra. Again dlss ultra performance and graphics are very bad and I have 45 fps. Shortly, Bad graphics bad optimization. Graphics quality are very bad on all settings.
