Thank you so much!! My infant son is using this pulse ox and the high heart rate accidentally got set too low and was going off non-stop. Your video saved my sanity! Plus now I have further help for it.
Oh my gosh! Thanks so much! I've worked with this machine for years and didn't know how to unlock it to change the settings when we got a new doctor's order.
Thanks for this video , it helps because my Pt. Is using and started to sound the alarm, and I didn’t know how fixed, but now with the video help me a lot, thanks again
Thanks, we were wondering how to adjust the parameters, and even from the manual it does not say that the system is locked, and that you unlock it with the (up arrow + Enter) keys. Thanks for filling in the gap that was not covered in the manual that I found on-line.
I'm wondering what the beeping is when you first put the probe on the man's finger. I see you got rid of it just by pushing the down arrow, but what is it indicating?
My client had a "Bad Sensor" message displayed last night and usually when "Sensor Off" or "Bad Sensor" is displayed there is an alarm sounding. Not so last night. How can I be certain the alarm will be heard when needed? Thanks in advance for your response.
This monitor is a piece of ..... ! It does not read 90% of the time, especially when I need it to read. Just gargabe! My baby is on this monitor because it was 16 weeks prematures and we also got the popular "owlet" and this way cheaper device reads much better

Oh my god thank you!! I’ve been trying to permanently set my home care patients perimeters for months!

This is much appreciated. Thank you for your time and effort to explain this.
The user manual absurdly doesn't tell you how to unlock it! Thank you so much, I think you've helped a lot of people's sanity 😂

Thank you so much! Are we able to decrease the volume on the alarm? It is sooo loud and scares my patients.
I also wonder that!
Thank you so much! Company just delivered this to me and didn’t show me how to set anything👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Yeah but how do you adjust the volume for the alarm? I wanna know if I can make the alarm louder 🙁
How do I not get the continuous pulse beep ? Just need alarm for saturation and high low HR
Press down arrow until it goes away
Very helpful but the battery has not last me that long. More like 30 minutes each light total of 2 hrs.
ok very good thank you
Package the probe comes in actually indicates that the probe should go on the bottom of the infant's foot.

Thank you!
