It is definitely NOT abnormal for men to wear a band before the wedding lol I know a few couples where the man wears one. I know one couple in particular where the man chose to wear a random band on his finger after he proposed to his fiancée. He bought a simple band all on his own & surprised her. She was shocked but she loved it. He mentioned the same sentiment about women wearing an engagement ring, so why can't a man? I thought it was so heart felt 🥰

We were not even an "official" couple yet but between the respect and personal relationship he had with my dad and our special friendship he came to another state to see my dad before he passed and didn't leave but once until after the service.

My wife and I have been together for 25 years. Married for 20 of the 25. Year four when I proposed to her I wore a band for a year before we were married. There’s nothing wrong with it fam. He can definitely wear a ring before the wedding! My fiancé wanted to wear his ring so I got his wedding band and an additional engagement tungsten ring! That way he can wear that ring before the wedding and when we travel and he works since his wedding band has diamonds in it.
