Sometimes being nice gets to the point where you start to resent others. Setting boundaries is very important. Don't be so nice that people start to take advantage of your kindness and use your good nature against you.

These are excellent tips!!! I’m not exactly your target audience - I would consider myself mostly an extrovert, and I’m an actor/writer/singer/talk show host - I literally talk for a living! But this video in particular really resonated with me... I’m so glad I watched it! What a gift you’re giving to people in helping us all to communicate better and take better care of each other and ourselves!!!!

Hi friend
Hello to you as well!
5:03 I tried to use some I statements instead of you when I got confrontational with someone at my job.
But they kept responding with "I'm sorry YOU feel that way" it made me angry because I felt like I made my effort to not say "You" to them but it just goes over their head
Sounds like you need to re-evaluate your relationships.
Some people are just toxic and they'll make your life more difficult.
Narcissistic say that …they can’t accept their wrong doing
"Speak to the mountain, not about it, make if a mole hill "
Standing up for yourself against teachers
