I enjoy watching someone that not only knows what they are doing but will take the time to explain why you should and why you should not, thank you .

I just bought a pack of those trim removal tools after your other vid. Makes removing those quick fasteners a lot easier than a screwdriver.

Good job ....but I think the rule of thumb is "always bleed from the farthest bleed valve" which means for bleeding rear brake, since the reservoir is close to the rear tire, then you do the front bleed valve first. I am talking about the bleed valve on the front which works in tandem with rear break. (aka combined, or sinced). I am not talking about front brake. (too many rear and front ... might confused folks).

    Sir,
After Delboy's Garage taught me to push the brake fluid from caliper , I no longer go back to the first method (feeding the fluid from the top). Pushing the new fluid from the caliper to the spare tank takes much less time.
You need a 60 ml generic syringe (with a wide nose), connect the tube to it, open the SCREW BLEEDER, and push brake fluid from the caliper upwards. Sometimes very little air penetrates through the threads of the SCREW BLEEDER, and then the air bubbles are removed in the traditional process that you demonstrate (a few clicks and the air is out). To avoid this, you can screw the SCREW BLEEDER with Teflon tape.
Another easy and simple operation that helps to drain air bubbles: With the help of a strap, leave the brake lever pressed for several hours with light pressure (not to press hard),
But surely you already know that.

Hello Old Mechanic hope your well. I see that some antilock break systems require the software to complete the job. So not all bikes do? Also thanks for the tip on the front caliper on bleeding for the rear.

I love this guy's videos but I am a little bit confused. Is it not necessary to Bleed the air from the brake lines?
I have a 2014 Yamaha FJR 1300A (Red) and usually let the dealer do that procedure.

Common problem on the FJR1300..that rear brake lever pivot getting dry and lots of road grime in the pivot.
