I have one of the headlamps at 29:08. The 'recharge me' icon lights up red after only a few minutes of use. Maybe I have a bad one. It is very handy though. I use it for walking around at night in my neighborhood since we don't have street lights. Lights up really well.
Hey! As a pro detailer that peg board rolling cart is the cats knees! I can hang lightweight detail brushes and odds and ends all over it. 😀
Hello, Mr. King;
Hope you're healing & feeling better.
Full disclosure, I was a 'pro' in my previous life.
For "screw extractors" I liked to use left-handed drill bits.
They would often turn a broken screw/bolt out of the hole as I tried to drill a hole in it.
You only need maybe 3(?) or 4 for almost every size of broken fastener.
For the money, back in the day, left-handed drill bits were the trick.
Have a GREAT day, Neighbor!
I always know time is passing every time DOTW hits my CZcams notifications. I appreciate you throwing in the exercise items and the food items.
I feel like I'm watching a more southern QVC for tools. I dig it.
It would be more a Montana QVC if you want to be accurate. :-)
Just recently bought the REHOTTOP tire inflator and it works perfectly. Highly recommended!
Thanks for the feedback.
Jeff my man! DEALS OF THE WEEK!
I'd be fine with carts and workstations being made of metal pegboard, the stuff is really useful. It would be great if they had a plastic film on it to keep dirt out of the holes you're not using, then just puncture through the ones you use.
I also like the idea of the Little Giant tool holder/bag for those adjustable ladders. My daughter has a Werner, and I think one of those may be in her future. I've sat stuff across 2 rungs and knocked it off one time too many.
Great video Jeff! Thanks for finding all the deals. Many were quite substantial savings. That's the kind I need. The deal I need is on an EGO battery, at least 5 amp hours. I sure appreciate all your videos, Jeff
You do a very professional job. Thanks again! 😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
Monday again - DOTWday !!
Thank you for the deals you found us.
I got the the of 3ps headlamps kit. Two of them don't charge but the one that does I use multiple times each week.
You can break out of Shawshank prison with the Estwing geology hammer.
this is accepted canon
The best thing (and maybe only thing) about Mondays is DOTW! Thanks, Jeff. Hope you're coming along nicely from the Titleistectomy. Shine On!
Was going to buy that headband-headlamp 3-pack, but I read the reviews and apparently the charge only lasts a few minutes and/or you have to keep turning it off and then on again to get full brightness. So I started reading the reviews for other brands. Seems like most of them have similar issues. But I know that when they work, they're awesome. If someone did a roundup/review of a bunch of these, that'd be greatly appreciated.
Your videos are always the deals of my week. :)
Every time! Every Monday you put up a deal that I don't really need, but is too good to pass up.
I keep the biggest 12 V compressor than Harbor Freight and Meeks in my truck. Eclipse on the battery it’s got plenty of power and it’ll fill my tires up to 60 pounds in no time. And it cost half as much is that thing. I think I paid 28 bucks for a couple years ago
Love my MAxxSpeeding Rods generator, had for 2 years. The brand name is silly, but the value is fantastic!
Just got that Greenworks mower to replace my old greenworks 19". While using it under its own power it tends to overload and die quickly. As a push mower it worked great. I have a bad back so I was hoping to use the self propelled option more but maybe with just more regular cutting it won't be an issue.
Those Knipex pliers are actually sexy, if that makes any sense, lol.
Yes...Xuron is made in maine...Saco to be precise. They may have global materials IDK but Xuron is top notch cutters for sure..
Hello again, Jeff and Mrs. Bear 🐻
Thank you for another Great Video 👍
The channellocks Spain locking pliers are the same that proto uses also..Good stuff.
Man i should have checked this earlier that work pro pegboard cart is actually pretty cool for a mobile diagnostics setup.
Dang it Bear! I just got done redoing all of the tape joints in my garage and was fighting darkness the entire time. Now you tell me I could have light the entire room for less than $50? Probably will have to grab it and stash it for the next project, which will probably be another year after cleaning up all the mud and drywall dust 😂. Also , I've been looking for a good pliers set in a tool roll that I can stash in the truck for emergencies. I think that SK set fits the bill. Thanks for being the best in the tool deals business!
Regarding headlamps at 29:08; put on a hardhat, and I don't think anyone will look silly.
My most valuable wrench set bought off an infomercial on TV for "METRINCH ". HAS THOSE wavy lobes that grab the sides of bolts and nuts, even those rusted or with rounded corners. Great for working on old cars. Because the work off the flats each wrench fits a metric AND SAE "inch" size. Hard to find now... try the internet.
Last 3 days I have been getting feeds on my fb, purportedly from Home Depot clearance division, for a 4400 psi gas pressure washer for $59.95; includes a free $8 foam cannon and a gallon of ZEP soap. Guessing this is a scam?
I get a lot of Bogus fb notices of tool deals... clickbait!
Just watched this on the TV for the first time. Your content is great, but could you please trim that one clump of mustache that hangs down 😂
😂
Bring back the bear...much easier on the eyes
Deals of the week is a video I will always watch. Also the SK USA 3/8 thumbwheel is “normally” $50 but it’s on sale for $30. I picked one up. Also I just bought a 1/4 snapon thumbwheel on eBay lmao
Tecton is discontinued that resque screwdriver set for $26.10 in their outlet section.
I have the swan set of combination whenchs they hold up well.
totally agree, default when buying is Bosch or Makita
I’m gonna need greenworks to get on a battery reel mower for my Bermuda grass.
12% of us need a left facing saw
The other colors of the Kitchen Aid Grill were on Special By last Thursday for $219.
Haha, the Makita router at 13:24 says the power source is "Hand Powered"! I didn't see the rubber band crank in the photos. That is better than any of Bear's typos!
I bought the EGO Power+ Blower Kit 765 CFM at Lowes for the same price $299. but mine has the 5 ah Batt-ray.
Them Estwing pick hammers make a dang good slag hammer. I use one everyday
Really, I'll have to try that.
even the regular price on that fluid extractor is better than harbor freight's basic manual only extractor
I almost want to snag a set of those s&k pliers but ... 1, I have a drawer full of pliers. 2, knipex and irwin are just too good for the price.
Got a question: Are any of the power tool battery adapters any good? When I did a search for them most of the examples I got were on ebay, which is not exactly confidence inspiring. I'm particularly interested in being able to use Hart batteries on Ryobi, and vice versa.
Wow, they do work. The problem is they can’t translate the battery sensing technology, and this can cause your batteries to fail sooner, for the tool to get less power, and potentially other problems.
@@denoftools Thanks, I figured there had to be a lot more involved than just 'connect negative to negative and positive to positive'. The reason I was interested in Ryobi / Hart adapters was mainly what if Walmart ends their relationship with TTI? Having a fallback would be handy for people in the Hart line.
Product alert: ESTWING available at my local Lowe’s Ontario ca
Those small air compressors are pretty useless. Get super-hot and move very little air. Gimmicky
Funny, I was pretty sure one of those reinflated my tire on a road trip last year and saved my bacon
More food deals…yes
The Direct tools outlet closed near me a couple years ago. 🙄
Hey buddy, I think you goofed the links. I went to get the Ryobi 6ah battery deal and it keeps taking me to the saw? Can you fix that? I really wanna get that deal, thank you I'm advance!
Sorry about that. tinyurl.com/286vavxz
That Swanlake wrench set looks nice HOWEVER did you notice the box end is 12 point? For a DIYer too many rounded nuts to be worth it.
On almost all combination wrenches the box end is 12 point. It needs to be for access.
Shine On Bear!! 😊
Channellocks are finger pinchers
What happened to my Toughbuilt post?
I never got the Bauer Workstation
And now it’s discontinued
What the Heck #HarborFreight?!
thank u sir
Gotta say again, unfortunately, Malco did not perform well for me. Bought some when you showcased them on another video and the teeth stripped on the first use. Not even on hard material, just run of the mill steel.
must be harbor fraud found out its a lot harder to copy forged ball joint press set than pliers
Are those Taiwan gearwrench? Or china?
Hideyho
Hold it!!!! So you're telling us your always looking for workout equipment? I call BS HAHAHA
Mostly weight lifting, I need to work on the cardio for sure but if you watch any of my videos where I show around the shop you can usually see that I keep barbells next to my desk and in the shop. Heck I have a Cross Bow, bowflex knock off, in the corner studio.
OK, you say it every time you show a left blade circular saw, "only right blade saws" (to paraphrase). Then, every time you come across a good deal on a SKIL, or other good brand of worm drive (LEFT BLADE) circular saw, you sing it's praises and drool all over you studio. I'm older school than you and once I found a left blade I was hooked, and ALL my circular saws are now left blade. I do have a couple, one I bought to replace the saw on an old school track saw (think of the slant bed saws at Big Orange and Big Blue used to break down sheet goods for DIYers) and another for metal cutting abrasive blades.
Right facing saws are my preference just because of muscle memory. There’s nothing wrong intrinsically with either Saw and Skil saw makes a fantastic tool and it would be irresponsible of me to say don’t buy this because of my own preferences
We need to stop with the “pronounce the k in Knipex”… the fact is we speak English and so we use English pronunciation conventions, which in this case means the k is silent. Knipex may be a German word, but when any word comes into common usage in the English language, for English speakers it becomes and ENGLISH word. So please stop wasting time trying to make English speakers use foreign language pronunciations. It is a waste of time.
It's not a German "word", it's a proper name. So when someone says that's not how you pronounce my name I think it's rude to ignore them.
