I was totally oblivious to the money making concept of youtube. But now since I know that it takes out revenue from you, I took off the adblock. I adore what you do! Love the behind the scenes episodes describing how you do things. I had no idea of the time requirement. And, clearly the passion that goes into....
For the sake of interest, the stinger is both an IR and a UV negative lock. You can reduce the IR signature, mix a bit of air and blow it through the tail rotor and it becomes far lower than the 800 celcius you'd normally get, for instance. However you can't remove the UV negative - the blue skies have a lot of UV light and so any object comes up as a shadow. You do need both to lock on or it would be looking for leaves, but it allows the IR to be significantly more sensitive making the IR signature reduction used by many modern helicopters (Commanche included) far less useful. I just found the UV negative detection incredibly cool, hopefully this shares the love clever engineering.
After getting diamond in assult class, the 556 was my fav weapon,it has great range, and accuracy, and took out snipers well because of the burst fire.i enjoyed every assult weapon and it was fun working out how best to use different types.Ghosts had a poor selection of weapons and to top it of, one or two in each class were only usable.they nerfed the msbs, and it became useless. The msbs is a burst fire weapon that has a slight gap between bursts,so nerfing this weapon because the pros said, was nothing short of incompetent. The pros have to play ghosts, but its no secret that they cant stand the game.
I was thinking about that in CoD4 - I remember the ACOG on the G36C had very little idle sway. It was one of the few times up until Black Ops 2 where I'd go to the ACOG willingly.
That FHJ AGR challenge is driving me insane. Recently I finally found an enemy calling one in, and I was *this* close to firing my fhj after using my EMP grenade, and a sadistic sniper got me :D
Gen Wunners is a Transformers callback, lol. Back in the 90s of the Transformers community, or even sometimes TODAY, we'd call people who passed up Beast Wars/Machines or RID/Unicron Trilogy shows Geewunners because they were slavish to the 1980's G1 cartoon.
That's what I said two posts ago - respec wasn't needed in the previous games, including MW3, because you could get all unlocks without needing to Prestige and could freely experiment to your hearts content. This is not the case in Blops 2, as one needs to constantly lose everything and re-level up in order to respec unless they make it to Master Prestige, which requires losing everything and re-unlocking them 10 times over, which is a 400+ hour grind.
I was munching a burger while watching this! Made me cry when you said toasted buns, It's a useless perk anyway! The video is worth the 30 mins to watch lads.
I can sympathize with the FHJ player-controlled scoresreak agony. It took me about a month of just normal play, switching to an FHJ class whenever a dragonfire or vtol got called in for the challenge. Tended to be that usually one of my teammates would destroy it before I could...
Respec wasn't needed in previous games (including MW3) due to being able to unlock everything without prestiging. Prestiging was done entirely for either the extra class slots (a miniscule thing that doesn't stop you from running whatever setup you want) or for the prestige (pun intended) gained from people for going through with it. You also didn't need to play the game for 400+ hours to be able to experiment without risk. Grinds like that are best left to RPGs and MMOs, not FPS multiplayers.
The FHJ was the first weapon that I got gold and the rocket launchers were my first diamond camo, probably the reason was because I ended up in many hacker lobbies before my first prestige and I actually got the kill, AGR kill and dragon fire kill in a single game. My KDR defiantly suffered though.
I had a much harder time getting the challenges unlocked on the SMAW due to just the single rocket supplied. It took what seemed like centuries to destroy the 10 player skillstreaks - easiest would be the Dragonfire but that gets shot down so quickly so often. I managed to get #10 on Studio by shooting down a Lodestar that had its flares already deployed by another player. Now I rock my Diamond RPG trolling people in Domination and Hardpoint by spamming rockets. Good times.
I use the MTAR, but for any assault rifle/SMG class you could make a "B Flag" class like I did. Weapon with stock and MMS or Dual Band if LMG, Flak Jacket, Hard Wired, Tactical Mask, Smoke grenade and you still have 2 points left. I use it for awareness.
Re: Switzerland's army...not only do they hold a dangerous global lead in knife-mounted toothpick technology, but Swiss mercenaries were so highly regarded that they were hired on as palace guards & elite troops throughout Europe during the 15th through 19th centuries. That practice was only halted via a Constitutional amendment in Switzerland, prohibiting soldiers from serving foreign powers. There's an exemption for the Vatican, hence why the Swiss Guard still serves there today.
The only gun I think grip is worth it is the SCAR-H. You can tell the difference in recoil when going for mid to long range kills with grip and without grip. Since the SCAR-H has impressive range, imo, it is worth using a point on the grip.
I found the easy way to get the gold FHJ was to stay when I was dropped into maps where we were getting stomped. I would shoot down 2-3 lodestars and it really made getting all 10 player controlled streaks easier. Also don't forget that dragonfly's count Ahoy.
Hey Stu, have you ever visited the Pacific Northwest? Especially true in the State of Oregon, various brews of beer, and fermented wine flow into fine crystal glasses. I suggest you try some hooch from this region. I;m sure that if you plan to do more BGX, you'd enjoy yourself thoroughly.
Respec is far more useful than you realize. Once again, one cannot freely experiment without it being a massive risk due to the lack of an actual respec. If the weapon / perk / etc winds up sub-par or ill suited to one's playstyle, they're still stuck with it and end up missing out on something that might actually be useful to them. The extra classes are indeed useful, but not having them doesn't hurt one's ability to experiment with new setups or use the classes most suited to one's playstyle.
actually you should try out acog with quickdraw and/or dexterity....that allows you to snap onto targets super fast, and I personally find that you can use acog on big and small maps (I've done quite well with the acog on maps like hijacked)
he's said before that he got contracted by activision so he couldn't, however since he's not working with them anymore it could be a real possiblity, guess it all boils down to whats more popular
Stu i noticed in the blackops ak47 bonus that you said you like beef so here's a question for you. would you rather have pork rib beef rib or pirime rib
I know the acog has been useless, and that it isnt now. The problem I have with it is the increased level of zoom. Not that thats bad, just that, generally, the increased zoom isnt that useful on the small maps. And just personally, I would either run a sniper or an lmg with variable zoom if I was going for a long range role. But then again, thats just me.
Stu, do you want to see a DLC crossbow without explosive arrows or do you think that will be OP or overused? For example, it will kill up to the chest kinda like sniper does.
Yeah, I understand that it can be used effectively, its just a personal preference. And I have used it. Its not bad, just not my thing. It feels a bit obstructive and I generally prefer lower zoom levels. But thats just me
SWAT is not a good weapon to run around with. My buddies get my tags, I cover their backs.
"What do you put on your hamburger? I put cheese"
Well, i suppose u made a cheeseburger then :b
FlyingJustToFall lol
There's no real reason I couldn't just upload PC content to my main channel.
LMAO Stu.
"Wait... Switzerland have an army??"
"Yes, Switzerland DO have an army!"
XD
I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FHJ BONUS SO MUCH!!!!!! DAMMIT!
The best ACOG sight by far is the mw2 one. Loved the grid and wasn't affected by the EMP (like anyone used it :P)
Fraser Craig Trutru
To avoid needless repetition. The attachment guides fill the gap.
your voice is so smooth and chocolaty it could put a child to sleep. keep doin your thing mate

Hearing people talk about Titanfall while it was still a secret project is strange.
OMG when you said "Enemy Stealth Choper Inbound" it got me chills. You should totally narrate the next Cod.
I just love when you impressionate yourself.
Just in time for my lunch break at work! thanks Stu!
Stu, you're a man of excellent taste.

"I think youtube would last at least another decade"
4 years later. CZcams has been fucked
Thanks for uploading this on my birthday stu :)
I would love an 'Xboxahoy Cooks' series.
I thought they named it "Respawn Entertainment" to show how IW "died" and then respawned as a new entity.
Years late but I have a Brit brother when it comes to burger tastes and he's one of my favorite CZcamsr! 😁

Had a Voodoo 2 as well ! Impressive card back then with HL and Quake II
I was thinking about that in CoD4 - I remember the ACOG on the G36C had very little idle sway.
It was one of the few times up until Black Ops 2 where I'd go to the ACOG willingly.
Talking about thermal signiture. There was a tank on a EP of Richard hammonds show. Where a tank completely removed its IR sig. from a enemys cam. :D
That FHJ AGR challenge is driving me insane. Recently I finally found an enemy calling one in, and I was *this* close to firing my fhj after using my EMP grenade, and a sadistic sniper got me :D
I could listen to Stu talk for hours.
"CZcams to disappear would need a rival service to USURP."
oh God, Stuart, you even made puns in the extra videos! I am humbled!
Hey Stu, about the making reviews more interesting thing, that's also how I feel about you and weapon guides :P.

That was true back in the days of CoD4. Over time, we've seen more prestige bonuses like more custom class slots, new callsigns, etc.
I like how he described the burger like it was a weapon
Can't wait to see you play Black Mesa
lol, on PC, people get lodestar and VTOL all the time. There was one game l shot down 3 lodestars.
"But if people really want an icecream as a pet, that's fine.." LOLOLOLOL

They do. The impact does enough.
That needs to be in an ERB video!!!
Thank you Stu for letting me have an IceCream come as a pet
Wait, I just heard Xbox Ahoy say Damn! :O

the acog is great on the M27 with stock and quickdraw

Good vid man keep it up

that smoove moment

FAL ACOG/suppressor with cold blooded is quite good for anti sniper classes.
On the anti-air class I just forfeited the weapon attachments for tactician so I could carry both an EMP and blackhat.
I think he means one that isnt a one hit kill in all areas, such as arms and legs. And without the splash damage effect as well.
It is though. The impact is the same anywhere, and then the explosive kills you, even if you're with flak jacket.
The swat is a god damn beast
max 30, livestreams can be in 60 fps, but not the recorded versions of them that can be watched later
I found the easy way to get the gold FHJ was to stay when I was dropped into maps where we were getting stomped. I would shoot down 2-3 lodestars and it really made getting all 10 player controlled streaks easier. Also don't forget that dragonfly's count Ahoy.
Solid burger mate.

I love hard wired I use it in most of my classes
When you said Hard Wired towards the end Stu your proper Manc accent snuck out. :D
... Vannilite is one of my favorites.
I would love to see this!
I'm proud to say the FHJ 18AA was my first gold "gun." I also have four kills with it.
"I think the ice cream one is a bit stupid, but if people want an ice cream as a pet thats fine." Haha lol
And with the anti radar setup, use black hat as it easily kills enemy uav's and cuav's
That one FHJ kill remains one by now...

I usually play ground war to finish the A.G.R and dragonfire challenges. And the rockets look really good in diamond, I got them!
maybe the bolt shoots much faster because it isn't weighted down with the explosive warhead
What an achievement. Your parents must be very proud of you.
I'm about the same with cheeseburgers but recently I've gotten a bit tired of ketchup, been using barbecue sauce.
And also one of my favorite Pokemon :D
Glad to see I'm not the only one struggling with player-controlled streaks with the FHJ. Only 6/10...
Finvpo the foregrip does have use its just minuscule. It steadies your aim when you burst fire. I use it all the time, I know this.
My best KDR was with this gun at a 5.07 and lowest (due to league play) 3.01 kdr
I love how you got EMPed like 5 times while talking about hardwired.
Props for saying my name right Stu!
Ahhh!!
Another BO2 Bonus while doing my homework...
Probably both I suspect.
Your right about the ice cream Pokemon.
It took me about a month to get the FHJ gold. Player controlled killstreaks took the longest.
He has to play like that with this gun to do well. Camping with the SWAT is the best thing to do.
Thank you for answering my question stu :)
He's answered this... so many... times.

Tyranitar is a gen 2 pokemon, the final evolutionary stage of Larvitar.
he does them in order. he said many times that he'll get to it but it will be one of the last ones
BTW your SWAT with the ACOG, Kryptek camo and the Half Life emblem is very sexy.
It isn't select fire, if you pull the trigger quick enough you can make it fire faster than full auto
hardwired should have a scrambler effect for a small area around you
he's said before that he got contracted by activision so he couldn't, however since he's not working with them anymore it could be a real possiblity, guess it all boils down to whats more popular
Me too , one kill while the missile was flared by lodstar
