Yes! In America everything is also so open plan but here in the uk everything is in rooms with doors and it’s sad because my kitchen is far from the living room so if someone is cooking they can’t chat 😢

If the asking price is indeed $769,000 CAD ($558,000 USD) as stated elsewhere in these comments, then that is a damn good deal for this beautiful property, especially for someone buying with USD. This would easily cost 4x as much in San Francisco. I like everything about this home and the neighborhood. I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat, if I was in the market.

Beautiful home!! I'm usually thinking as they pan through the house, ew gotta change those colors, but not with this one. It's a perfect house except for the kitchen which is way, way too small. It would be so hard to cook in that tiny space. I would have to make the gorgeous formal living room into the dining room and expand the kitchen into the nook area. I'd probably make a really long island with seating. Other than that, it's perfect.
I agree. I believe they remodeled the kitchen and def could have done more cabinet and counter space with large pantry.
