I would have to wash my clothes and they need to be dripping in detergent or just normally wash it but at least 7 times after this detail then run it over with steam before I ever think about putting it on my body again. Honestly I think I would go in a hazmat suit.

I noticed that for cleaning the interior you used an extractor and a detergent when gasoline amd matches might have been more approptiate.
I said this to myself, burn it, or throw it out !

Been there. As a detailer I never turned a car away. Needles, drugs, mold, insects, and everything in between. I used to wear 2 ply leather gloves in some cars. And as a detailer.... Why do women "carry" under the seat? Like you driving while doing other stuff? Something's I've came across never made full sense.
This job could not be economically viable. The loss is being subsidised by YT income I assume.

I was not aware how wet you can allow the radio and dash areas to be while cleaning. Its amazing.
My aunt is a retired police officer, and she had to respond to some pretty awful scenes with dead bodies. She would put vicks vapor rub under her nose to block out the nasty smell. It might be worth a shot on jobs like this.

Maybe an entire haz-mat suit, with Vick’s....
Most cops forensic experts, coroners and others know this trick, however, Vicks only hides the smell, whereas MAD has to contend with bugs, dust, dirt, and who knows what else that can fly around. He'd need Vicks AND a full face shield. ;)

I never thought I could say this about a detailing video on CZcams that I just stumbled upon while killing time on a rainy weekend, BUT this is inspiring! I want to clean everything now. I want it to feel as new as that vehicle when you were done with it. That is some serious satisfaction right there!

My thoughts exactly! You can bet the owner has a bug problem in the home if they drove this car on the regular!! And if they haven’t addressed the home bug issue, the car will just get infested again.

There are a few detailers that clean vehicles with roaches in their garage without bombing ... I can't imagine letting a vehicle like this near my house

Exactly, simple cleaning supplies around your home can be used in a car too, then it never gets to this point.
I wash mine at home with house vacuum and house eani g suppose and the water house and a bucket, these is beyond disgusting, how you can sit anywhere with roaches running around is beyond me

This reminds me of a time I was sitting in the doctor's waiting room, and there was a lady sitting close to me, with one seat between us. She didn't really look dirty but a little messy. She wreaked of cat spray. As we were sitting there, fleas started jumping on me from her. I couldn't imagine what her house/ car had to be like, if she was that infested with fleas on her person. It really broke my heart more than it disgusted me. No one should have to live like that. I got up and moved and said something to the doctor, in hopes that maybe the doctor could bring it up to help her.
That was so kind of you to mention it to the doctor. Who knows, maybe the reason for her visit to the doctor that day had to do with a sickness brought on by those fleas. They can carry various diseases. Your discernment may have saved her life!
Watching these made me clean my room (its kinda a big deal for me, I have ADHD and major depressive dissorder). I'll be the first to admit I'm a complete SLOB, but this just... its so gross.. I IMMEDIATELY started getting things cleared and clean. So thanks man, you're a great motivator!!
Hey guys i work in pest control and I would recommend a great aerosol flushing agent for roaches called CB-80. Kills instantly and has a straw tip for cracks and crevices.

I think a 3M respirator on Amazon for 25$ could be a huge thing for you. It helps a ton with the smell so you don’t have to bare that. And also it would prevent any strong chemicals from getting in your lungs! Great vid love the content

It was probably a repo he does lots of them, in an effort to keep the car hidden from the repo man the owners probably shoved it back in a field or something

I was also wondering at what point is the cost professional cleaning more than the value of the car. Seems like 100 hours would be getting near that limit.
In 2020 the average salary for a car detailer was around 11.93 per hour, if detailing that piece of trash took around 100 hours, then the total is 1193 dollars.
Obviously it's just an approximation.
