Braverman, His Thoughts, and The TL;DR of 5/31/2024 NGS Headline

I mean... it's pretty straightforward, isn't it? We get some entirely new stuff to play, some older stuff getting recycled into NGS format, or just straight a goddamn recycling lmao.
Another quick video again, ARKS. This Headline thoughts and such took a bit too long to make, mostly due to my incompetence and exhaustion with IRL matters, alongside a somewhat delayed availability of the Headline footage. Yeah, it's as short as usual and should contain all of the information you would ever want to know.
For some context on several parts of the video.
- May 2024 is a bit special to me since there are SO MANY THINGS that happen and I become a witness to all of them whether in game or real life. That's where it come from.
- Yes, I actually screamed, laughed, and got triggered so hard after seeing Rank 2 Solus reveal. This goddamn quest literally gave me PTSD after so many attempts (both pure bow and hybrid, especially the bow), over half a TB recorded vids that had to be deleted, overly extensive theory-crafting that end up killing trust from my acquaintances & friends, and that one katana clutch for PP recovery resulting in literally the fraud-est bow run ever. Despite the views and congratulatory from places, it will keep haunting me and shun me down from saying too much about bow expertise in general. I don't know if anything will be better for Rank 2 solo attempt some time later down the line.
- I do play Wuthering Waves though and the footage is my account in action. Despite all the fuckeries and dramas that originate from it, whether its the people working behind, the game itself, the public, and some bad actors... WuWa's combat is just good and FUN. Oh dear, I hope Kuro manage to get out of the mess it creates. It would be very disheartening to see it dies too soon.

yeah this month is PACKED. Not just from like cons, other games + expacs, the pure insanity from farming the new augs and getting the 3 you want from over 20 augs out of all the possible combinations trying to get that before Solus Rank 2 to clear with pugs/alliance. I think I am going to die.

We need to see if Eredim series are tradable or not, or even easy to drop or not. If most yes, then this is literally the same case as SSA augs fodder situation back in PSO2, where if you can manage to afford the combinations that work best for your class/weapon or your gameplay, you are literally done until the game enters EoS or permanent maintenance mode. I expect future weapon series to follow the principle one way or another.
Besides, you are trading off some HP & PP stats for a bit more damage gain and special effects that could be extremely bonkers when utilized properly! Having almost half of your weapon augs be somewhat easier to put on over having to painstakingly affix those mind-blogging augments is quite beneficial.
But yeah, I hope R2 Solus has a bit of mercy on us all. Just take it easy lmao, we still have quite a while to get things done.

​@@Argus_PSO2 they say it will be available to be on the shop (looked at bumped) so you can essentially "buy" the 3 EX you want. But who knows, if this is gonna be successful, who to say we wont get more powerful EX abilities with 4 EX Abilities or more. Like I won't speculate the whole transfer thing until its out next week and that will carry forward (which is like the biggest shoehorn). The SSA Augments in NGS is bonkers since now it doesnt look like currently its tied to numbers )S1,S2,S+ so far! Yeah still we will see, It is super great that the augs also say they give us Pot and Pot Floor so we wont be as malding dmg hard(er) either. Either Way, I think this is a great addition.
Solus looks fun and scary thats for sure, as someone who did the Solo Solus at 80 and MDFA Solo 85.

First of all, take my humble apology. Most of the contents I made on my channel are raw, ultra-mald, bow gameplay against various bosses (or high-difficulty stuff just for showcase), bow/braver related videos, and very rarely some info recaps like this one. Series for returnee might be a bit too much for me considering how I do stuff and the direction of this hobby channel.
Second, I can recommend you something to try and purse:
- Check your "favorite class" level and Waker. Both (or more) should be at the highest level that game lets you for gear access and joining contents.
- Find yourself an active and welcoming alliances. They will help you get through some early confusion being a returnee, while also giving you a chance at "having some friendly people to drag you out to farm various things".
- Search PSO2:NGS site on some Official Content Creators that are still active enough to do ""decent"" contents for the game. They are probably the best at providing some up-to-date information, surviving tips and more digestible contents... as long as they don't make it look like a clickbait.
- And, check your gears. Focus on the accessible, featured weapons of that patch alongside the highest rarity of units you can afford. Plug in all of LC variants augments on them and you should be fine.
I assume that you should have some basic knowledge in navigating the game and maybe fixing your gears to a degree. Other than that, it's probably OK to ask some people in game or just more populated NGS related discords.
