Sometimes when I watch HMack do his thing, I start to cry. I feel like Iâm watching someone do one thing BETTER than anyone has done ANYTHING.
Man, you're not wrong. I mentioned almost the same thing in another comment somewhere else. I end up laughing and having happy tears come to my eyes. It's weird, cause I'm not generally the type to ever have happy tears over anything. But what he does is magical, and the positivity, humbleness, and the way he is so uplifting just hits in a way that not much else does. World needs more people as positive and kind as him, he's a great role model.

Around a year ago (14th July) my closest friend ever, was told she had incurable cancer (so it wasn't fibromyalgia or constipation after all). She was so amazing, so beautiful, special and so young (38). The one question I asked her was the one question she told me she was desperate to know the answer to so that she could make plans. She was actually excited to make plans (I know how crazy that might sound to some people but it's true). She had a stroke the next morning (which robbed her of the ability and time to make any plans) and she died 2 weeks to the day of being given the news - 28th July. '24 hours to live' hit me so hard. She didn't even get that. She was with her family but the rest of her close friends were waiting for her to recover enough from the stroke to be able to see her or even talk to her. That didn't happen. She didn't even get 24 hours to be able to make any plans or see her close friends. I didn't get 24 hours to see her or talk to her again. I am so very grateful for that one phone call I did have with my amazing, beautiful friend.
Before I saw this video I wanted to see if I could commission Harry Mack to freestyle about Lianne, this has just made it a necessary goal to achieve.
