      Never experienced from my parents but all my cousins did from their moms and our grandmamas. 😂 I only experienced once from my grandpa when i was also accussed of getting a very big ripe guava in their garden. 😂 I hate guava sticks and branches 😂

    I'm not Fillipino, I'm white American but my mom would use wooden spoons, hangers, belts, Hotwheels tracks, willow branches, and she even went after my sister with a 2x4. My mom could pick us up and set us down so hard our teeth would rattle! We didnt mess with mom, and if she told my dad that was The Worst!!! I miss them both so much!!!!!!!!

    He you guys love you reaction about the Philippines, we Filipino's scared of slipper, walis tambo and hangger they punished us if we don't cooked or wash the dishes or even going home late.     I don't know if this is appropriate to call the "traditional discipline " our parents do during 80's and 90's but this is relatable.My mother works overseas when I was a kid.So my father take good care of me.
    One day,I went swimming in the river with my playmates.He got so mad.He was so afraid I'm gonna drown in the river since I'm not an expert swimmer. Before ,he keeps telling me not to go swimming in the river but I'm hard headed.And so I've experience a different type of PAMALO.😅
