  • Hello in this video I will show you how to remove the intake manifold, read valves pistons-rist pin/rist pin bearings bottom end, and the crank and rods. I also show you all the tools needed to do the job.

    Send that drive shaft in as a core exchange to a place that rebuilds shafts ..
    It mite cost you 500.00

    crank needs to be rebuilt, there shouldnt be any up and down play on the rods, while its apart replace the crank seals. Check the reeds for spaces or gaps "hold them up to the light"

    Should of taken off the rear drive pulley before you took the motor apart. Crank needs rebuild and I need to see a close up of the pistons to see if they need replaced. A lot of times you can reuse with new rings and a fresh hone. But you really need to replace the front and rear Crank seals.

    Wasnt a ring.
    That was the rod washer.
    Goes between the rod and crank web on both sides
