A nose job? Just kidding. That's a defect that should be fixed by Logan, if you received it new like that. Couldn't hurt to e-mail their merch company. Logan, Chilly and Lance & cast are really nice people.

You can cut a piece of white cardboard or white felt for a new tooth and glue it to the old small tooth.
