as a 14 yo myself (who has been groomed a lot and has mental health issues too) I’m gonna say minors in cases like this have no excuse whatsoever. i hate it when people are like “they’re only x years old” or “they were just groomed” because they KNEW what they were doing and most of them wouldn’t be sorry if they weren’t caught.

@@pwetiie oh it’s basically emotional manipulation a tactic to get close to kids(minors) in a twisted way and using them somewhat getting them to become dependent on whoever the groomer is so they can take advantage of vulnerability as groomers sexually prey on minors and even younger than the age of a toddler revoltingly enough. Groomers are and can be abusers too who most of time want codependency from their targets or anyone who catches their eyes unfortunately.

The “im being haunted by a ghost” is probably referring to her “guilt haunting her” as some Japanese culture has a lot to do with ghost. She was most likely on meth/ice at that time and when your stuck in psychosis the voices/imaginations in your head becomes very real to you. Its like you know Its not real but somehow the brain (due to the drugs) you then think its really happening. This happened to me which made me so scared that I quit a 5 year habit.

This is so sad, I know almost know how her friends and family feel, the only part different is that my friend isn't dead due to her abusers treatment yet. She has to deal with monsters like this, I've spoken to them and they have no soul. So, I'm a law student and I would like to comment on the legal part of the case. The minor was supposed to serve life sentence the sameas the guys, however, a treatment in mental facilities could also be considered as she came to police because of her 'nightmares'. However, I don't understand why they let her go and why the court had problems with rulling out the intent, when it can be seen from the consequences that it wasn't self-defense(🤡) and considering that it was a prolonged torture it is not a hate-crime, because hate-crimes are usually quicker (a person is acting on impulse). + it was 1999 and it is hard for me to believe that there was already implemented the right to hope to the life-time sentences (when the criminals have the chance for their sentence to be overruled every 20-25 years) in Hong Kong.
Overall in Asia there is a huge problem with minors not being apprehended for the crimes such as that one.

Overall this is sad, no deeper than just sad. It's devastating. What makes it hit home is when they mentioned April 15th 1999. Bro, that was my birthday coming to Kindergarten. Now I feel bad for celebrating that day back then. If I was older and found out about this I would have traveled there and took care of these people and then making sure she was taken somewhere safe. He grabbed a lighter and almost killed him. That's one story that I know about, know he's a drug addict alcoholic who lives with his parents at the age of almost 50. He's been to jail many times (just got out of jail again), lost custody of his children, got divorced, lost his apartment, and that's how he lives with my grandparents. He assaults my grandpa often and had police at their door as he threatened to kill himself. My parents told everyone to go upstairs incase this was a trick to come to our hour or something, idk.

i like creepy stuff like this, but knowing that this is real and actually happened to a living breathing human being whos life was snatched away from them so mercilessly, it makes something in my stomach turn, and i was thinking about something to eat but it immediately went away when i was done watching. i really hope that her family is healed now, and may her soul rest peacfully and the perpetrators are reminded that they are terrible creatures not deserved to be called human.
