Minecraft on the Xbox One S used to be 22 chunks but now it is 14 chunks lol. I have the Series S and it is now twice as good.
Yeah weird how they downgraded it on older consoles, the Xbox One X is probably higher but most likely downgraded after some update, I will check
@@alvzcizzler It feels like what the 360 used to be (10-12 chunks) since the render distance was reduced. Apparently PS5 has 32 chunks and Xbox Series X|S has 28, therefore giving PS5 for the win. Switch OLED didn't do much with performance. All they did was tweak the display, meanwhile the render distance remains at 12 chunks.
With that said, PS5 and Xbox Minecraft aren't really that different. There's hardly any difference between 28 chunks and 32, unlike there is with 28 and 14, so it's not all bad news for Xbox players in the end. The people who have it the most are Switch players, because, like I said, Nintendo didn't improve performance unlike what happened with Xbox and PlayStation, and Minecraft Bedrock relies heavily on performance to get good quality, unlike what happens with Java.

Lol the Xbox Series S will smash the PS4 Slim, a better comparison would be the PS4 Pro since they're both around equally as powerful in terms of raw GPU power but the Series S does have a stronger AMD CPU and faster storage as well so I would still go with the Series S
