If SCR had admin commands, it should allocate the commands only onto the player who sends them. For example, :reroute to Bodin would reroute the train to stop at Bodin. :reroute to Berrily would reroute the train to stop at Berrily. (express stops at berrily :o)

For that example that kinda seems like a way to make custom routes but you have to change it every stop.
One reason why this won’t come in the game is “How do I get there?” Example if you re-direct yourself to go boring(bodin) and you meant to go to new Harrow and the train terminates at Morgantown. Instead of you doing:
SHB➡️NH➡️EP➡️EJ➡️BERRILY➡️EB➡️BP➡️MT
You will be doing:
SHB➡️boring(bodin)➡️Coxly➡️Benton➡️PB➡️MD➡️MT
So the developers would have to have a re-routineing system and it have to be a valid route (Doesn’t require the train to go off the rails any part of the trip (if operator lock is enabled the train can not run off the train operators tracks (Eg.If the train is on connect the train can’t go through/stop at any station that isn’t operated by connect)).

To use admin like in the video put whatever to the chat then you edit it in (you can’t use the chat to use commands).
If you like to use commands press (‘) key not (alt+f4),Then enter the command in to the black line that shows on screen.
