Heard from one of the guys that their next album is pretty much written and the cover art will be a continuation of this one. I don't have any vinyl, but I will definitely get both LP's and display them.
@@leonardrockstein2700 So it's kind of a 2 record project. Maybe this explains why "Solace" is so short compared to the last record. Almost 25 minutes shorter.

Rezn's best work thus far - been on repeat since i found out it released.
I checked out REZN after they were recommended to me at a Tool show. I have to say I am blown away by the quality musicianship this band possesses, I've listen to almost every album they have and each one has struck me like few other bands have in the past. The soundscapes they can conjure effortlessly transport me to other worlds, I get lost in the music. Reversal is easily a highlight for me off this album. The crushing riffs and mystical chords get me swaying instantly.

I can already see this gonna be on my top 10 for this year, and definitely will be in the AOTY contenders. What an album, easily the best one they've made so far. These guys will end up among the greats of stoner doom for sure 💜

Damn, I totally wasn't aware their album is coming out, what an amazing surprise.. Sounds excellent, as usual, though I can't help but feel a slight departure from the previous album's vibe, which was heavier and fuzzier in my opinion.. This one sounds more atmospheric/ambient/oriental, to the point that "Faded and Fleeting" almost sounds like a Cure song (which is not a bad thing, ofc, just a bit unexpected). Closure song knock it out of the park though! Still a piece of art overall, this will go on repeat for a while :)
The other albums don't even come CLOSE. This one is a banger from start to finish and something quite unlike anything in the widely considered genre while the previous efforts, though kinda original, at some point either showed some degree of repetitiveness or lacked atmospheric consistency heard in Solace. The other albums kinda went places but this one seems to be at a whole new level, I think.
