Therefore, in addition to him, the tenants also include Dealz, Deichmann, Divers, Kaes, Maxii Zoo, Pepco and Rosmann. Many of them have prepared various promotions, thus attracting new customers.
ME INVEST has been operating on the Polish market since 2012. The company carries out ambitious development projects, including the construction of shopping centers located in attractive locations. The portfolio of completed investments currently includes over 20 parks and shopping malls. The vast majority of them are buildings with an area of up to 10,000 m2. sq m The company concentrates its activities in cities with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants. inhabitants, and the completed facilities are now important shopping centers for local communities. The presence of proven and valued tenants increases the commercial attractiveness of each of the Aura Parks, and therefore also the attendance of visitors - informed the company responsible for Aura Park.
As we have already informed, the new facility has a volume of 26,259 cubic meters and an area of approximately 4,000 square meters. It is located on a plot of approximately 1.3 ha at ul. Polish Army in Oleśnica, near the Lidl supermarket.
