JJ is gonna be this draft's Zach Wilson.
So explain why the Cardinals pass on Marvin Harrison Jr. That seems ridiculous
they ignored that obvious question because of heir indiffernce to the cards. Broncos hav not ot the picks to move u but hey its just th cards
@@michaelgibbs4710because cards would get a goddamn HAUL.. they aren’t close with MHJ.. but getting a 25 first.. along with 11/23 and I assume more… they’d then have
11
23
27
35
66
71
Gives them ability to move up to 7/8/9 if a player they Love drops or they fucking loaddd up on talent and have a future first n more added… mhj is amazing but you both r missing that this is an all time wr draft.. a wr at 27 like Adonai or Brian Thomas or Keon or Worthy is still a number 1 wr. Legit nfl #1. Man what I’d give to be in this scenario of picks for atl.
@@michaelgibbs4710could u imagine trade 4- 25 5th for 11/23/25 1st and 25/4th
11- Olu Fashanu for RT- Paris back to LT
23- Brian Thomas WR
27- Kool Aid- CB
35 is a trade-35/138/25 4 for 46 and 25 2nd
46- Tvondre Sweat- anchor NT/DT
66- Tez Walker- WR I mean Thomas and Tez wow
71- Austin Booker- Edge- length
90- Mason McCormick- Guard n would start immediately
162- Joe Milton-QB-can sit for 3 years n could be a gem
186/226- take athletes or players who didn’t test well at all but tape shows different.
6 possible rookie starters immediately not joking
Olu and Mason both should start right away on oline
Brian Thomas and Devontez Walker both tall. Crazy speed and route running and jumping ability.. Thomas is legit underrated n should be top 13 pick.
I mean Kool Aid and Tvondre sweat r true game changers on defense.
Plus u have Vikings 1st in 25… which should be bottom 6-8 picks considering how much better their own division has gotten.
Rich Eisen cheerleading for white qb’s is crazy
@@Sharibatinx wooo… is he tho? I think Jayden will be best qb at end of career.. I think if Drake Maye gets Jordan love treat ment n gets to set fully 2-3 years he will be a superstar n Caleb will be very good but not the next Peyton or Mahomes…. I will say I miss letting QBs sit for 1-2 years before letting them play. These kids need it
Sound seems ok here
Penix should go to the Raiders: they need someone who can get into a shootout with Mahomes!
With all due respect to Nix (who I think is fantastic), he deserves to be in a Run-Pass Option -based system; I think he’ll soar with a guy like Sean Payton but as a Lions fan (and CURRENT Michigan student) I want McCarthy far, far away from the NFC North and thus would love to see him in Bronco Blue!
Stats say 50% of the QBs taken in the first round are likely to bust. Which of the 5 QBs Miller projects to go in the first 13 rounds is most likely to bust? It's gotta be Bo Nix. As a Raiders fan, the idea of the Raiders drafting Bo Nix in the first round is just horrible.
Raiders need a right tackle. Raiders are in a perfect position to get an elite Tackle that will fill an important need for the next decade.
No need to take a chance when other equally risky QB's will be available in the later rounds,
I think some people just don't regard Minshew all that highly, but he has proven to be good enough so that the Raiders shouldn't have to reach for a developmental QB.
LOL at the JJ McCarthy hype. Harbaugh is a shark and that's why he's pumping up McCarthy's draft stock. He's desperate for Marvin Harrison Jr to drop to the at 5
Exactly 💯. Also Rich so bias. JJ wasn't even considered a top 5 pick until Jim said what he said about him.
@@A.j.Harris yep! JJ McCarthy has Mac Jones written all over him
@kevinscottbailey8335 Matt Jones was better, and I knew he would be a bust in New England
Mccarthy is a career backup and should be a 2nd or third rounder
Chargers will not draft a WR in slot 5…that’s not in Harbaugh’s DNA..
I’d be good with either Nix or Penix Jr to the Raiders. I am a little more bullish on Penix because I think he has better arm talent, but I think Nic would be a day 1 starter in the west coast Getsy offense
Matt miller is great.
I am a Patriots fan and we are drafting Drake Maye.
And another promising rookie QB goes to slaughter.
I hope they take JJ so Maye has a chance to succeed
Are they going to hire a guru like Pep Hamilton to develop him? If not, it's BUST City!
It depends on who the Redskin's Draft!
caleb to the bears, jaden to the commanders, maye to the pats, jj to the vikings, nix to the broncos, penix to the raiders. i feel strong about it... but in reality, if i'm lucky i will get half of them right.....
Patriots aren't trading out of 3. This guy Miller is on crack.😂😂
He also apparently doesn't know they signed Jacoby Brisette for exactly the reason he's talking about.. whoever they draft won't need to start right away 😂
If Harrison goes to LAC at #5...Odunze is absolutely a get for Chicago @ #9.
Harbaugh can absolutely do it (i.e. take an Ohio State player at #5) because he has close ties with the Harrison family ... having been Harison Sr.'s QB for his first 2 years in the league, as well as keeping in touch with them while watching Jr. grow up. Adding your college nemesis to your roster so you don't have to play against them is also a debatable consideration.
Faith, Family & Football ... with Harrison Jr. that would be 2 out of 3.
Coach said you might fit in better at USC 😂😂😂
The JJ McCarthy smoke is heavy. #2 huh Matt, why not #1?
Yup an intelligent man
Teams have no idea what the hell theyre doing. Pickett type beat for JJ
FIX THE SOUND PLEASE!...the volume is weak IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR TWO WEEKS PLUS!
Volume is playing nice and loud.... Its on your end! 😊
@@joshuaonevnineyeah it seems fine lol
You know how ridiculously bad it would be for the broncos or the Raiders to go after JJ McCarthy LOL so you essentially are giving the chargers the incomplete scouting report on how to defend that guy LOL
I just don't see the huge IT with Caleb Williams. I've seen plenty of QBs who do very similar things as Caleb and they didn't get this hype OR if they did they haven't panned out to be elite. It's like they're trying to make him be elite superstar #2 (behind Mahomes)
JJ hype is so ridiculous. I have him going in the 2nd round and even thats a bit to high.
Which team do you work for?
Best post here you are absolutely right
JJ is going to be a fine pro qb. Just needs to land in the right spot: Vikings or Broncos. Places I don't want him to go: Raiders, Commanders, Patriots, Giants. Vikings would be the prime spot for JJ. He's Kirk Cousins with + athleticism and + arm. Go Blue!
Rich "hyping" Mccarthy up by saying he'll 'Keep his head down, hand the ball off and keep winning' 😂😂
Since when do you pick a QB in round 1 to hand the ball off??
Why are we coddling Williams? Young was touted as a football IQ “savant” and Stroud was the ball placement specialist. Everyone is saying oh he’s good but we can’t put these crazy expectations on him, don’t mind the fact that every other top QB for the last 10 years we have put crazy expectations and have gone to worse situations
I really wish the Jets could trade up and draft McCarthy way too high
Are you serious? Thank God you aren’t a scout
@@Snowboarder16 you can't actually believe McCarthy is a top QB, especially in this draft
ONLY FranchiseQB in the Draft,.I PRAY as a Dolphins fan that the Pats don't get him~
@@matthewmatt5285 I don't think the Patriots are that gullible
A few years ago, Adam peters told Jayden Daniels but he wouldn’t make it as a pro quarterback. I think there’s zero chance that they draft him or he wants to play there after the bulletin board material from peters
Proof?
"This is something you can not make up" he says, talking about a thing he's made up.
I wouldn't be surprised if Chargers select MHJ at 5. Jim used to throw to his Dad during his Colts days. Jim sees him following in his dad's footsteps. Future HOF. Chargers have good history with 5th pick: Junior Seau and Ladainian Tomlinson. Great things come in 3's. MVH would be awesome. And this is a UM alum talking.
The wild card is the Giants. If they decide to move up, it's a much more comfortable drop (to 6) for either NE or AZ to stomach. if that card falls, all sorts of chaos ensues. Also, I have a hard time seeing how Denver has the draft capital to make that big move. Denver will more likely stand pat and land on Bo Nix.
And your point?
Caleb Williams reminds me a little more of a Young Aaron Rogers. To me. Which is still great 🎉
You are wack Williams is a total drama queen
@@Snowboarder16so said the dude who knows nothing about Caleb Williams
@@chkmate67 😝😝😝😝😝😝
@@chkmate67 just thankful you are not a scout for the Giants 🤫🤫🤫🤫
Best comps for Caleb is Tony Romo or Brett Favre
If someone drafts JJ McCarthy in the top 4… the GM deserves to be fired in 2 years when it inevitably falls flat.
Ok Rich now u sound like Harbaugh!
Patriots trading back to grab an ol ok but a cb? That mock draft is a reach just for that alone
The smart move for the Vikings is keep 11 and 23 and draft either Pennix or Nix at 23. Why give away 1st rounders for a player who won't even play in 24? The team need starters, not sitters. IMO
I think Michael Penix could be the best out of this class. He threw the most yards and is clearly the most accurate. His mobility is also better than I thought.
His Patriots trade back logic makes no sense. It’s pretty known that New England is not planning to start a rookie QB, that’s why they got Jacoby Brissett on a 1 year deal. If anything, that proves that New England will stand at 3 and take Maye.
JD or MP to the Raiders!
Somebody's a Stephen King fan.
The Patriots roster is pathetic. They need 3 drafts with as many picks as possible to get out of the hole they're in. I liked BB as a coach, but the inability to draft players worthy of a second contract is striking. They'll be drafting Milroe next year.
The Bears are not the Chiefs. So comparisons to Mahomes are mute
McCarthy is a 3rd rounder
Caleb Williams has only played under Lincoln Riley, how can be be the sure fire, next Mahomes-esque QB when we don't know if he can pick up a play book? He might he off platform an awful lot if he struggles with this.
This McCarthy hype is over the top. He’s A. J. McCarron
Exactly… or even Stetson Bennett!!!
If my Pats don't get out of the 1st rnd with JJ McCarthy or at least Drake Maye, I'll be pissed. No amount of picks are worth a franchise QB, no matter how ur roster looks. Just ask the Bengals or at the other end the Falcons...
Panthers set themselves back 8 - 10 years.
@@tommylitz4543 bro 8-10 years? You’re smoking crack if you think one draft can or off-season can set you back that much. Even if Bryce doesn’t work out in carolina in within 5 years the panthers could somehow be in the Super Bowl. That’s just football.
All this draft hype for these QBs, and the last QB taken, made it to the Super Bowl.
NOBODY was saying Mahomes would be great when the Chiefs took him.
Rich, Burrow was drafted #1 2020! Be better! Don't ask Bomani Jones about JJ McCarthy.
richs' people reading this can we get a toll board of drafters/drafts , do a spread sheet , like a game and see how many drafters hit on there placement of players in the draft in all 7 rounds , you know the guys the biggies : Mel , Matt , Jason , you know the guys . Taly up the right picks in the right spots to win ... ps. that Jason kid last year with the trade up call where I forget who it was but got 2PICKS IN AROLL never seen it ... OMG !
Jim Harbaugh will draft back and take lineman on either side of the ball. He will never take a WR that high.
Funniest thing is the media fell hook line and sinker for the Harbaugh BS about JJ being the best QB in the draft.
I’m going to laugh when the league speaks loud and clear when JJ gets drafted in the 3rd round.
You're very Sleeepy~lol
VERRY~
The broncos don't have enough capital to get to three😂
JJ is the next Zach Wilson avoid him like the plague!
i mean, they're entirely different not only as players, but as people as well.... also JJ isn't being projected as the guaranteed #2 pick.... their skills aren't the same, their college careers weren't the same, their projections aren't the same, the situations they go into likely won't be the same
so what is this even based on lol
@@mattcarberry368 Matt both had mediocre college careers, excelled in the combine, and are quite young at 21. Therefore they have a lot more in common. Just hope the Giants are sending a fake smokescreen and let the dumb Vikings take him. Mark my words in 3 years he will be seen as big a mistake as Zach
JJ is the only Franchise QB in the Draft~
Do you always have to apologize for doing these " draft order" vids?
Vikings are so desperate for a QB they're about to cough up multiple first rounders for JJ McCarthy at pick 4. The top 3 teams aren't budging off those picks. Might be the last year for that Vikings front office staff if they don't hit.
I don't agree. Patiots Need to take their guy at QB in there draft. Because Next years QuaterBack class is not the great. So what ? The Pats have to wait 2 more years of losing to hopefully find their guy. Nah. Do it now. And this is coming from a Dolphins Fan
Go Niners, ➖️ Kyle
I guarantee the Bears are gonna have the first pick again in 2 or 3 years because williams doesn't live up to the hype abd the Bears end up still sucking
You do realize it is not their actual pick right? The question is if they can make the playoffs this year or not, not if they will pick top five next year.
Who????
Sorry Rich. That Matt does not understand why Harbaugh will have no problem with drafting MHJ informs one that he is just another ignorant talking-head. The playing and coaching of the game is done from a place of joy-for the pleasure of competing athletically. Talking smack is a silly, meaningless component of this deal. You could put all the names of the professional coaches and players in a hat for a random drawing each week, assigning them to random teams, and they would play the games hard to win-for whatever team they got placed on. Here, partisanship is for the profoundly ignorant fans-who pollute these pristine waters. True athletic competition revolves around the joy of playing the games.
He doesn’t have the leadership attributes to be a successful QB with the ability to earn his teammates respect
And JJ is a white guy, so he's football intelligent !
I don't like comparing college players to NFL players.
Yes he has some mahomesesk plays. But he's doing it in college not the NFL. Mahomes did what he does in highschool, than College and now the NFL he's been proven.
We don't know if Caleb can do any of this at the NFL level.
well by this logic, drafting ANY player is a waste of time since they only played college and haven't done it in the NFL yet lol it's hilarious how many people parrot this "why does this prospect get hyped when they've never played in the NFL yet" as if it's some deep profound realization that nobody else has..... like yeah dude, that's kind of what the entire point of the draft is.... know who else had only done it in college and high school before getting drafted? EVERY SINGLE PROSPECT EVER DRAFTED IN THE HISTORY OF FOOTBALL lol this isn't a take, this isn't analysis of any kind whatsoever, it's just vaguely stating something so blatantly obvious that most people with a shred of sense don't even bother acknowledging
@@mattcarberry368 I'm saying the comparison is stupid not drafting him. 🤦♀️
Listen, I like JJ McCarthy but Rich consistently hyping his sportsmanship as a key trait is so fucking embarrassing. I mean, give me a break. Sure, he let the team run the ball a lot. That’s nice.
That’s not in the criteria for what makes someone a top QB.
Rich has no talent for evaluation. It’d be hilarious to watch tape with him. He wouldn’t know the first thing to do when watching any of these position groups.
The Raiders will NEVER draft Bo Nix. This mock is soo off.
And another expert prognosticator speaks on an event a month away yet. Is it a law that you must do10 of these shows? One with every sports name?
so Matt has no balls or he all for this DEI thing HEAR ME KNOW CALEB WILL BE A BUST NOT FROM HIS FOOTBALL BUT HIS BEDROOM ... men don't follow little blue boys
JJ is ultimate white qb privilege lol. he should be #2 pick because he’s great to be around and has a great family 😂 ridiculous
Oh dear
@@gregschulte2953 oh my apologies did i remind you racism is a thing must make your life terribly inconvenient being reminded something that doesnt affect you affects others in society.
I’m not going to go as far as saying white privileged QB. But, saying he has a great family as part of his evaluation is ridiculous. The best QB in league family is a train reck.
