Cucumber water is a form of “DETOXING” the best way to detox is celery juice, however anytime you drink detoxing stuff. It comes as a shock to the body thats why you probaly feel nausea, howver that isnt a bad thing it means its working. However it should only last for 30 minutes maybe an hour depending on how much you drink. But if you notice the nausea it lasting longer and it’s not improving the more you drink cucumber juice (because after you drink it a couple times your body willl be used to it) then you should stop because everybody’s body is diffrent and cucumber juice might not be the best for you. An alternative is celery juice (which is even more strong and tastes horribly so i dont recommend if you are already having problems with cucumber, or ginger water, or probably the easiest option just squeeze some lemon in water and drink that right when you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach!!!! Hope this helps!!! ❤
