No, no way. This is BS. This is literally and exactly what I've been bragging and craving for. And yesterday was my B-day! I can't believe it. I just hope they pull the source material from IDW TMNT Comics because those things are *THE* TMNT Reboot. They took everything from all other franchises of TMNT, combined it into one and made it somewhat better. I'm not joking, been reading those comics for 3 days now and found so many Easter eggs. Right now I'm around issue 50.
When I heard people saying tmnt live action with 2012 voice actors I immediately thought of the 1990 turtles with the 2012 voices and how awful it would be. And considering that these people want it to be live action, the turtles will probably look a little like how they did in the 1990 movie for nostalgic purposes. I don’t think any of this fits. No, you aren't being way too skeptical, this is something that's coming up very outlandish and with no actual word or confirmation, while I'd be down for a live-action TMNT show, I wouldn't really want it to be the 2012 series voices, but rather the new actors who would play them, like that would be better from a casting standpoint

Others think it and the animation it was based on as THE turtle experience, while others believe it to be way too goofy and heavy handed on social commentary about global warming and prefer 2003 animation that used ideas from Mirage comics. As for me? Hey, I love the idea of time travelling shark, disembodied brains and one eyed Raphael punching Hitler. Cybernetic mutated cat was fun too, but my favorite still was Ninjara/Umeko. I'm sure San Diego Comic Con 2019 will reveal of a sneak peek of the new design version of the Shredder so the Turtles will finally face him and especially Baron Draxum, or maybe Splinter will face Draxum in the season 1 finale, and the reveal of season 2 of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with new characters: like Casey Jones, Karai, Bebop and Rocksteady, the Krang, oh, and even some more new characters, new mutants, and even a new ninja turtle that I heard in the comic days: a female Ninja Turtle: Jennika. They should put that one too in season 2 of Rise of the TMNT series. I could imagine. What do you think? 🙂

Jason Biggs was good, but Seth Green absolutely knocked it out of the park as Leonardo. Especially in episodes like S04E25 _Requiem_ and S04E26 _Owari._ Seth is up there with Michael Sinterniklaas for best voice of Leo.
