    Looks like another long day of shooting and editing for you. Ensure you visit Hawaii for the best taro I ever had. Their poi is an acquired taste for most people, but for us Taiwanese it’s really good with brown sugar. Have a fun spring break to all.

      This filming job completely exhausted me and was very tired. This taro is produced in Dajia, Taiwan. The most powerful taro in Taiwan is Dajia taro. All the raw materials of the boss must be natural and hands-on. You can observe that there are almost no machines in the factory, only mixers. So...I can guarantee that the ingredients sold in this shop are all high quality!

    小時候最常吃的點心就是車輪餅。以前口味比較單純,紅豆 芋頭 花豆,蘿蔔絲。記得第一次吃奶油口味後就每次都必點,之後還有吃過巧克力。沒想到現在都有雙餡跟一堆新口味。只是蠻久沒吃了。

      我一直都很喜歡紅豆餅,下午三點肚子有點餓的時候,車輪餅是最棒的下午茶!!!
      我也是最愛奶油,哈哈,巧克力沒吃過XD
      現在大家都得渾身解數來留住客人,越來越難賺錢了,替店家覺得辛苦😭
      有機會來吃吃開心紅豆餅,我沒看過比老闆還要堅持天然的店家,而且口味也是我看過最多哦,都很好吃!!!

      @@flyingmousefood 你後面剝紅豆餅不是有一個是巧克力的?還是那是紅豆?昨天我查我家附近的紅豆餅已經進化到奶油玉米口味、貌似還看到泡菜豬肉等奇特口味。有機會來去嚐鮮✌️

      I understand, but the red bean cakes made by this shop owner are filled with fillings, which are rare in Taiwan. It is also the first time I have seen a store that puts so much filling in a wheel cake.😱

      Hahaha, you are right, but the photographer asked to open the wheel pie this way.😣 The reason is that doing so allows the audience to understand the richness of the ingredients without having to think.😁

    店家在選用材料方面就非常實在👍
    在煮紅豆時加的是更有香味的二砂糖
    車輪餅的口味也是非常豐富多元呢
    放在裡面的料用量也是沒有在客氣的
    光看煎台上那煎車輪餅孔的數量,就
    知道這間店家的生意應該很不錯👍
    飛妹應該把全部口味的車輪餅都買了
    下次如果遇到這種餡料會爆發的用咬
    一口來呈現裡面的斷面秀應該會比較
    好一點,不然內餡都掉桌上了,那個
    爆的最嚴重的應該是巧克力口味齁🤣

      大哥知道是二砂糖,我都不知道,哈哈
      他們生意是非常好,但是我拍攝太久,分成兩集
      這集是在人潮退去後特別請他們只做不同口味給我的,否則我不知道要拍攝到什麼時候才能拍到全部...
      大哥說的斷面我會參考,是剪輯大哥說他要觀眾看爆漿,觀眾完全不用思考就會知道內餡多扎實
      而且口味有15種,我每個都咬一口,以我的小鳥胃,大概5顆就飽了😭

    There are millions of people who would love to watch you open up those cakes and eat them off your fingers...or the table.

      Thank you uncle, I know you will always support me in any decision I make.
      My eldest brother told me that this was the most difficult film he had ever edited and that he had been editing the film for three days in total. So the movie has two episodes.
      My intention was for the audience to see that the filling was very full, and I was eating cheap food like a child without any restraints. I know someone will be talking about hygiene, but I'm sure someone will understand.
      I will always remember the words of my uncle, poverty will change our menu, when people spend a lot of money to enjoy clean food in restaurants, how many people in the world are rummaging through trash cans for food that is about to spoil?

      Lots of hungry people here in Cambodia...I have studied for almost 5 years what Khmer people eat here....and all over the World I have traveled.
      Menus indeed change due to necessity....
      I was lucky enough to work in some incredible fine dining restaurants and work with the best possible ingredients.
      Lucky enough to eat in the best restaurants around the World.
      But, I am just at home eating simple food prepared by people who forage and work with the barest of ingredients...
      I loved your idea to tear them open...and let the camera catch your actions.
      I thought it was magic....

    My wife and I tried these type of cakes in Japan and South Korea. I tend to like the sweet ones rather than the savoury versions IMHO. I can even find them here in Toronto in some Korean Bakery stores. But they only serve the sweet dessert versions with sweet custard or red bean etc.

      I understand, but in Taiwan, if the store only makes sweet wheel cakes, it may not be able to compete with other stores. In Taiwan, red bean cakes can even be added with king oyster mushrooms, haha.

      不,是這家口味特別多,拍到剪輯大哥說他根本無法剪,剪了3天才能出片,其他影片都擱淺了...
      滿桌都是...因為噴出來XDD我有事先買清潔液擦過桌子,事後也有擦哦😊
