- Hello Everyone!
Yes, the 3rd episode of life in Austria is out! It is relatively short as my 6 month is still short and there are so many to explore in the city.
Vienna is beautiful, international and comfortable, the content is about transportation, nice places to visit and the perception of people who live in or outside Vienna. I wish you enjoy the video.
See ya! ^^
Late comment, but I totally agree with your point regarding the wind. It is so annoying that I just stopped wearing shorter, flowy skirts and dresses in the summer! Made me laugh out loud when you mentioned it :D
Couldn't agree more! Vienna is so WINDY, nobody ever talks about it, it so reminds me of Chicago. My roof terrace chairs flew several times. Another thing which is shocking, people in Vienna go early to bed! OMG.
THANKS MY DEAR ENJOY VIENNA ... MANY BLESSINGS
I want to live in Vienna someday with my bestfriend because that is our destination country 😭🤞🏻
😍😍😍
Cool video! :)
btw your videos are great please keep them coming
Thanks! If you can swop the part of this comment after the "btw" with your other comment, your suggestion would sound even more considerable. 😉😊
@@masterchan5552 hello Master Chen your videos are very informative and it would be great for me and all your other followers if you made more videos on more topics about Vienna and Austria in general such as education, social life, outdoor activity options and real estate options and all sorts of things - your videos are good because they are stating fact with supporting opinions from experience and that makes them bery credible to me -
@@masterchan5552 your videos are really good Master Chen and they offer a realistic view of Vienna and austrian life and culture - can you please make more videos when your schedule permits? - thanks so much --
😉
@@williammistler5703 thank you so much for the informative feedback and the valuable suggestions. Put them into my 2021 list already. 😃
I've lived in Vienna for 11 years and in my experience, this question "What district do you live in?" loses importance once people are starting to settle down and raise families. Because then we tend to choose affordable space and convenience over fancy neighbourhood. But the district obsession is real. After I moved from the 5th (inner city) to the 21st (across the Danube, unpopular) district and found a new GP, the staff at the doctor's office had a great laugh: "So you moved all the way out here? Because it's way posher and nicer here, right? Hahaha, welcome" :-D
By the way, what's the name of the nice cafe? It looks really cosy.
this is so interesting!
@@masterchan5552 I think the District question is still very important for young ppl when then want to find out where u life without the question for your adress like when u drive home and u could drive tougether they ask for the district first rather the adress.
@@maxthommesen9315 this is a very practical perspective I must say.
can you comment on universities and the education system for foreigners AND also more thoughts and experiences about the social scene for singles

Are there many trees on the streets in Vienna or are there just in parks?
actually yes, there are many trees and parks
I used to live in there when I was younger and there was a huge forest at my backyard
I like windy weather 😍💞💖
Are you still living in vienna?
how's the income tax there in vienna as a foreigner?
it very much depends on how much income you get, there is a calculation system for that.

Well, after three years in Vienna (I’m originally from Upper Austria) I’m going to move to Innsbruck, and most people in Innsbruck don’t like Vienna because they think that Viennese people are stuck up and arrogant.
and how about your own opinion?
I’ve met some pretty arrogant people who were originally from Vienna, but also some nice ones.
I’m a bit happy to move away from Vienna because I have a kind of overkill of this city.
But on the other side, I’ll probably miss my friends who still life in Vienna.
After all I look forward how things will turnout. :)
@@konstantinkarpitschka3546 all the best in Innsbruck!
