I totally agree. This was the best scene. Well, one of them because another best scene was the jump in 10 years time. Loved this last episode.

I never cried so much over this last season..I'm going to miss such a beautiful cast....such special actors. I'm sure this group shared a bunch of emotional tears as well. There were plenty of shows that came and went over the years and favorite cast members but nothing like The Good Doctor. I loved every one of them! ❤️
It was a very good show.. I see all the actors that they treat each other as family.. I love all of them too.. We definitely miss the show specially the casts ❤️
I honestly don't care if people don't like this show. This episode was very good and emotional and it was really amazing to see Shaun come full circle as a character. When he said he was going to save Claire anyway and that he wouldn't be a doctor anymore and that it was okay really had me getting a little choked up. Shaun was not always perfect or selfless (no one is) but to see him want to give up everything to save Claire is really shows how much he has developed as a character and a friend.
Shaun is not only a good doctor but he is a good friend too.. I cried to this scene 🥹🥹 The best show! 💯
Final season was AMAZING. This episode was phenomenal. They should sweep any and all awards shows.

This broke my heart but they ended it so beautifully. You could see his heart break as he accepted glassy was dying. I’ll miss this show so much but they did the ending amazingly

He did the one last thing that he could do for his son to protect him. Shaun is his son. He’s the son he loved and protected and Shaun will tell his kids about their grandpa and how amazing he was.

You should see the original Good Doctor, the Korean series, that actor was so brialliant as Si-On (Shaun) that I initially thought he was really autistic. 😂

Was Always Mentioned As an emotionless person and never cried, but this show changed this, Cried so hard in too many episodes, I even considered this cast as my family, This show wasn't a show anymore for me , It was my comfort zone, whenever i have a bad day i always go watch it , so i can feel relieved, so sad it is finished, but so glad i watched it, and always gonna watch it :)

Best scene in ep 10, cuz its connect to season 1. I watched this series seven years ago because I watched the k-drama (which is the original and it was a really good show). AND, the good doctor ABC done it very well too!!! I love how this show ended, the ending is written well.
I watched the K-drama of the good doctor before but I did not finished all the episodes.. Both of the show is really good.. I hope there’s more of this but sad to say it’s done 😔

though maybe you've heard or read cases when, in real life, people close to death has experienced it somehow.

if you notice when he says it, it's strained, this was actually clever writing because it shows that while he may not personally believe in it, he has learned that others might, and he is now at a point in his own personal growth that he is ok with the notion that he can talk about things that people believe in without dismissing them outright.

Because they use bacteriophage treatment to treat Claire’s illness which is the breast cancer and she has a bacteria that is resistant to all antibiotics.. It’s an experimental treatment.. But it worked and cured her 😊

She is one of the doctor who helped Shaun on becoming a good doctor and believed in him since day one and she always talked to Shaun and make him calm whenever Shaun is having an attack.. And on Season 4 Episode 20 she says goodbye to the show by staying in Guatemala to help people there.. All I know is she has a new project that’s why she needs to say goodbye to the show..
