Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

In that age and time, men specially the ones in power or who were ich could do whatever they wanted. Women even if the were rich couldn't even love the ones they wanted without a heavy price. And princess' all over the world including the Ottomans and Indians have been used as bargaining chips many atimes sacrificed on the marriage altar for the greater good of the country.

Her love made her try to kill ahmed AND Mustafa which would've ended a centuries long feud. If it was just love it could've been overlooked but she committed treason and almost annihilated a bloodline.
