  • Twente Additive Manufacturing has a $1.5 Million ABB robotic arm mounted on a stationary gantry system and they let me take it for a spin! In this super educational video you see the process of printing concrete for what it really is vs a 60 second tick-tack video. Huge shout out to the TAM team for pioneering 3DCP in Canada and many other countries around the world! They have been allowing me to film their work since I had 3000 followers in 2020, go check out my older videos with this awesome team!

Jarett, it was great watching you operate this machinery because we don’t often get to see you in front of the camera getting your hands dirty and getting your muscles 💪🏽 a pumping! Thank you for sharing this great and informative video.

Just print round corners for square houses. Then join the corners with conventional construction.

That is practical for some applications, similar to the roofing.
Wonder how it would look to print a geodome to fit triangular windows and panels, that would have to probably printed using a additive to bring the cement closer to a clay type extrusion done slow at a higher line pass resolution to maintain the tolerances.
Maybe with SporeCrete made from growing giant slabs of mushroom type fungus on football field size trays, and eventually, the space elevator framework will occur using jack and the beanstalk 3d print-based technology!

Score yourself a Revopoint Miraco handheld all in one 3d scanner, and you can produce 3d scanned VR holodecks based on the 3d printed surroundings, could prove interesting for just such exacting walkthroughs. I am not paid by them, but decided to get in on their 35% crowdfunder of the device.
It can help showcase the works of these constructive pioneers.

I've seen this technology before , very innovative , and has use in a specialized manner, though as someone who has been working in Concrete for twenty eight years, designing and building Counters tops , retaining walls and Art, I feel this could soon take away labor from people who make a living in this Trade.....That would not be good, hopefully we will strike a balance between AI Robotics and the Labor market.....

What is the cost of these homes. Let's say a 3 bedroom home how much would it be for this type of build compared to a wood frame home.
