The end effect of more blacks in prison is better blamed on a culture of recidivism amongst the black youth, criminality-promoting rap and "fuck the police" attitude. Biden probably knew at the time that this would end up with loads of black kids in prison, as he's always been racist, and knew that statistically, black kids were 24x more likely to get themselves into the criminal system than white kids, thanks to rampant fatherless-ness, but the law never called for racial discrimination.

I live in northwest indiana. I divorced out of an abusive drug addict husband. . My 3 kids by same dad. I left thru caring place to help me. I worked 2 jobs homeless lived in crap hotels. I love how he keeps insisting that he's not a Liberal (at least in the Classical sense that's true), yet openly exhibits nearly every single stereotypical trait associated with a rabid Liberal/Leftist.
You can tell just by his demeanor, even with all the facts and logic to the contrary of his beliefs there's no changing his mind. He was there to argue, not discuss or have a civil conversation. The closed mindlessness shows that, even with his own denial he is a textbook modern liberal. I give Candace and Charlie a lot of credit for keeping their composure and civility, staying with the facts. If you keep hitting with facts, eventually liberals will get mad call you names and runaway.
