Sanfran has one of the HIGHEST HOMELESS populations in the nation. Most people that go think it's terrible

I don't live in San Francisco and I didn't tell people to live where I live. I said try living somewhere other than where you live. Where I live works for me. It may not work for you.
It's homeless people everywhere. It's homeless people all over Atlanta. That's not stopping people from moving there.

Some of the friendliest people i met were in California.
Florida is not really a friendly place.

I love the Bay area! One of the most beautiful and best vibe in the US. I love the way people live there vibrate higher. I am born and raised in the ATL but Northern Cali has my heart! I want to retire there someday 😃. Great post I agree with you that ATL is low vibrations and too materialistic. It has attracted the worst of our culture and it’s so sad to admit it. Enjoy Cali girl❤

I lived with my paternal cousins in San Francisco back in the late 90’s and loved every single moment. I have family in Bayview Hunters point and the Fillmore district. I’m going to move back. ❤❤❤❤

Cali sure did pop up as one of the states where marriage lasts the longest. Thanks👍

My sister lives in ATL and cosigns what you said. However, my favorite cousin (also a black woman) has lived in northern Cali (just outside of Sacramento) almost her whole life and anecdotally would only partly agree with you.
She completely agrees that the vibe is different (better) on the West coast than the East coast and she's been trying to get me to move out there for years. But, I gotta stay close to my kids here on the East coast until they've both graduated high school and are continuing their education or working a job so they can care for themselves.
She'd also agree that there's tons of millionaires all over northern Cali in the suburbs of the cities, but not inside the cities and not in the rural areas out in the middle of nowhere. She wants me to buy a vacation property with her in South Lake Tahoe, because there's still money to be made there (because rich people like to go there), but not thru Airbnb. That app is trash and not trustworthy.
She'd disagree about the dating scene tho, but agree that when people finally do get in a relationship they don't hide it. They don't pretend to be single, they're honest about being in open relationships, swingers, etc 🤣 if they do that at all. She'd also agree that there's more of a community and positive vibe.

The dating scene is fine. Its just for black women you will be heavily approached by other racial backgrounds vs. ATL you mainly date black men. When I lived in Calli majority of the men that approached me were others except in the Bay. I noticed Oakland was a great place to meet Black men who prefer black women.
BW from outside of Calli complain but all my cousins who live there are MARRIED to others and live a great life. So just depends on what you are looking for. I loved it out there but I did move back because I told my mom I wanted to marry a black man. Now I realize that was not the best decision but I younger and was socialized that I should be with a black guy. You live and learn and you realize the universe provides you with certain opportunites for a reason. 🤷🏽‍♀️

There are millionaires in San Francisco and San Jose and they are cities not suburbs. Wealthy people are in cities as well as suburbs.
