Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 29km/h into a rigid pole.

I'm still using this generation in new delhi along with Tata nexon and I'm proud of taking the right decision of having 5 star cars over mileage cars and to this day when i take this i20 out on the roads of NCR the car itself has all the capabilities of having a different kind of road presence to this day. the way it pulls the refinement the features it had back then is still missing on some hatchbacks nowadays. This was dedicated to European car market and still launched in India but as usual people were into buying cars for mileage and not for safety.

I have been driving i20 since 2012 ,superb experience & solid body no one could beat i20 but now safety is not being focused in Hyundai

Yes but it is our fault not hyundai's and Hyundai did that because of maruti played it of cheap so hyundai's car wouldn't sell so Hyundai has to decrease it's quality because of maruti but now we have started to focus on safety now ig hyundai will increase in build quality

All crash test are done taking in cosideration that specific speed, in Europe or US, it is the same test speed. Trust me, no matter if you have a Great Wall or a BMW, if you suffer an accident over 100km/h, nothing good is gonna happen to you and no car will be able to sustain so much damage.

sorry to dissapoint you but he's right, i20 is currently produced in India. It was designed in Germany near the Opel HQ's.
