Piada Italian Street Food

I ordered the pasta carbonara and added sausage with a cheese piada stick on the side, and Jason ordered the steak piada with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. We haven't been to the Sugar Land location in a while and they seemed to be short handed because we had to clean off our own table and there was paper on the floor in the restroom. My pasta wasn't tossed and the spaghetti was gummy. Jason liked his steak piada, but said it seemed smaller than they use to make. It's gotten a little pricey too. Service was friendly though. We may give it another chance.
