14years later we are waiting for EU, WorldBank, FAO, IMF and others to tell us that we Kenyans are not OTHER LANGUAGES AND CULTURES but Tribes with dignified names, languages and Cultures which must be named in the constitution like the Indian Constitutions Schedule 8 that lists 22 languages of India.
