Emily Wokerson. She made him stay quiet about his own opinions to make herself feel like she had someone who thought the same way as her. Now Frank is so overly honest because he's finally able to speak his mind.

once chase’s arc is complete, i actually think hugh has the potential to be the cgcu’s next big character. there’s just so much potential for development because he literally has so much to learn. we can watch as he gains more and more human abilities and experiences, and actually develops a personality and discovers his sense of identity. maybe he does fall in love for the first time, then gets his heart broken and actually has a villain arc where he does try to take over. we see it start to affect other characters in the cgcu, and ultimately it’s up to justin to save the day!
