Beautifully sang and played, Miss Duren. It somehow manages to be simple, elegant and haunting at the same time. You are very gifted.
Chloé Parkin how haunted?
Wow! This is honestly the best cover I've heard of this song... Beautiful voice, well played, so much emotion! Truly amazing xx
A gentle breeze from Hushabye Mountain
Softly blows over Lullaby Bay,
It fills the sails of boats that are waiting,
Waiting to sail your worries away.
It isn't far to Hushabye Mountain,
And your boat waits down by the quay.
The winds of night sdo softly are sighing,
Soon they will fly your troubles to sea.
So close your eyes on Hushabye Mountain,
Wave goodbye to cares of the day,
And watch your boat from Hushabye Mountain
Sail far away from Lullaby Bay.
So close your eyes on Hushabye Mountain,
Wave goodbye to cares of the day,
And watch your boat from Hushabye Mountain
Sail far away from Lullaby Bay.
❤ Best Version

What a lovely rendition of this sweet and sad melancholic song. Really curious to know who you are dedicating this song to.
You're so awesome :D
Just so you know Hushabye Mountain isn't a Disney song. It was written by the Sherman Brothers for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang released in the US by United Artists. Now I'll give your version a listen.
your so beautiful voice:-O
How can I find this sheet music or a tutorial. I'm trying to learn it from where your fingers are but it's very difficult to see. please help!
Check musescore.org for sheet music, I thought I saw some there
This reminds me of the song "Once upon a december' by deanna carter
Once upon a December is actually from the animated movie “Anastasia”
And written by the Broadway songwriting team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty. "December" not only has a similar tinkling lullaby-like quality and shares a meter with "Hushabye" (3/4), but, If I'm not mistaken, the first three notes at the downbeat are identical ("gen-tle breeze" and "Dan-cing bears"). So, yeah, your ears do not deceive you. For the record, the Sherman brothers (Richard M. & Robert B.) wrote "Hushabye" for *Chitty Chitty Bang Bang* in 1968, 29 years before Ahrens & Flaherty wrote "December" for *Anastasia* in 1997, but the similar phrase is too brief to constitute plagiarism, even though it's repeated a number of times in both songs.
+1
OMG wow this was amazing.
