    So informative and enjoyable! Will share this with my HS Latin students, who enjoy reading Martial's poem about his friend's puppy, named Issa (Book I, epigram 101).

    France, Germany, and Italy (in my experience) are very good to their dogs. Spain and Mexico haven’t seem to be as accommodating.
