BEAUTIFUL. Thanks, doc. This might very well save me for this coming monday; I usually feel so lost during an eye exam, and just know I'm missing steps most of the time.

Awesome video. Thank you. Sad end though I was so in love with Prince.
Your work is amazing We are also trying to help more dogs and cats in Vietnam
I have an elderly dog in Vietnam. He is 16.5 years old and around 15 kg. He has severe cataract in both eyes. I am looking into cataract surgeries for dogs. Is this surgery dangerous or leave any complications?
Thank you so much doctor. This was really helpful. And thanks to Prince for being such a good boy. ^^
Helpful.
Thanks for the information however, I was unhappy because of long time standing assistant, the Dr was setting down even the dog relax from time to time except the poor assistant which might deserves appreciation from the Dr by the end of video more than the company and the dog.
That is a basic eye exam ... wow it seems so detailed . Do all vets have this equipment & knows this information???
Thank you so much sir for such a detailed explanation......sir can i get some study material of your teachings.... it will be a great help.
very helpful..... how much did tonovet pay you though?
Has anyone tried Lanomax? a cataract dissolving eye drop for pets. My 13 year old dog is constantly bumping into furniture and I see many good comments for this product, but need some feedback if possible.
Sadly many vets here in the UK still aren’t doing IOP testing of dog breeds prone to glaucoma where the absence of routine health checks is a failure of the profession as a whole. Our 4 year old husky lost his blue eye from glaucoma where we weren’t aware of any such problems until it was too late but have since purchased the TonoVet plus for regular home testing of his remaining eye.
Sorry to hear about your pet's eye. In fact, Huskies and Boston terriers are the top most predisposed breeds to glaucoma.
@@k.singhthakuri145 Here in Scotland we purchased the TonoVet plus for home monitoring of our dogs IOP. The one thing I was shocked to learn was that Amlodipine isn’t widely used in the United States for preventing spikes in pressure as it is here in Europe.
Kind regards,
John
very good video, however, did not address the difference in two tonometer readings. If one is 14 the other is 8? How would you interpret the results?
That can be normal variation. Not uncommon. If the dog doesn't have evidence of inflammation, an IOP under 10 is likely not significant.
Can you do english sub? I am foreigner and l can not understand some words.
