That’s one helluva 500g cake. Huge breaks & vivid color. Crossettes in those breaks were awesome effects.
The spider like spread of that crossette effect was massive. Couldn't get it all in the camera frame

Not sure if you are close to Schnietters Fireworks. They have for sale through their wholesale a new cake from T Sky called Blue N Evil that looks really good. Blue in all the breaks with other colors that vary throughout the cake.
