Great video, the first one I watched did not mention the arrows, my watch back is black and I did not notice them. I was able to combine the two methods, just used needle nose pliers and a piece of a paper clip to push the pin out. Although, I did find after bending one piece of paper clip that there may be only one way out on the band, something to keep in mind if the pin doesn't move after some effort, try flipping the band over and try from the other side.

This band doesn't matter which direction you remove the pin. Some bands matter. There are directional arrows showing which way to drive the pin out. In this case it can go either direction.

did you have any trouble getting the band back onto the watch? I know my previous fossil band had only on push pin to remove the band but the newest one, it has two that I have to squeeze both at the same time & I have tried with even pliers to squeeze both together to get it on & it's been a no go.

Usually if you slide one side of the band in and push the pin in then you only have to compress the pin from one side.
