If the head mistress of that school wants humans to start coming there she's first going to have to make it her intentions clear to the student's because there is already trouble getting ready to start.
That vampire may not like the idea of humans coming to his school but the head mistress already told him why she wants humans there it's to be nice to them so basically she building friendships between humanity and vampires but like anything new there is always going to be issues but he better not even think about hurting her to make her leave because he will. Not only cause trouble for himself bur also for the school.

She wont admit it to herself but she wants the Ayato Sakamaki lookalike near her; just as much as he wants to be near her. Not all the Vampire students want her to leave; and not all are just interested in her blood. Humans have to be open too so that Vampires dont keep thinking that their hated. Just like Vampire hunters shouldnt exist.
