Cecelion and carmilla have the same skins the only thing that blocked there path to having all of their skin the same is Cecelion's Starligjt skin so sad for Carmilla moonton dont give her a revamp on her skill

Carmilla is strong with the right teammates. I have 60+% WR usign her and she doesn't need a revamp, just a change in numbers. Revert the nerf on her 2nd skill and she'll be fine.
Cecilion was one of the 1st heroes I purchased. I got frustrated when I tried other mages because they felt way weaker than him.
Cecilion is good but only from mid to late game. The problem with Cecilion is you have to rely on your team mates until then and when you have 2 inexperienced team mates (a lot of times in rank mode) you don't even reach mid game or you reach it with a huge deficit already and it's too late for a comeback.
There is nothing more scarier than a Karina chasing you doing exorcist breakdance while u r low on hp in mlbb
It's great how a person like Beto strives to create true quality content and pays special attention to things like sound, his voice and the parts he wants to show of the total Gameplay, it is greatly appreciated that it exists since it can even serve as a inspiration for more people like me, for example 💕 never leave this Beto, you are the best.
With his wide aoe skills, his bothersome cc, his slow down, his great range to poke the hp of ennemies , he's an awesome mage for any teamfight unlike one shot mages who become useless in the late game while he's useful in all situations . He've also got that ultimate that slows down the ennemy and with ice queen wand hes quite annoying for melees who cant kill him .

And that is why when I'm playing against a cecilion I don't run away but instead I move closer until his skills can't reach me anymore (long-range). Same with vale. They're only powerful if they can maintain a certain distance from enemy but still squishy

Cecilion's item progression is always the same. Buy boots, then mana regen boots. Buy the elegant gem then buy 2 of those blue crystals that say "250 mana" something. Then you are strong. Then progress the items. His damage comes from mana, buying those 2 blue crystals is worth more than building a clock of destiny in a rush and a lightning truncheon. Easy 500 mana level 4.

He's one of the few mages that can clear the first minion waves fast plus is great at reeling escaping enemies. Sprint is my usual spell since once he gets a lot of kills, he'll become a priority target to kill first.
Cecilion has always been my trumpcard, even though I don't have many matches and high win rate with him. When I play him, I often end up as mvp (win or lose alike) or atleast get a gold medal. There was this one match where the matchmaking system paired me up with some inexperienced teammates (few hundreds matches for each role), I gave up from the start (cuz I was in a losestreak) but still picked Ceci nonetheless. Even worse, our opponents had a 7th rank supreme title chou. Still, I don't know it was because enemy team had even more inexperienced players than us or they was just overthrowing, but we won, and I got mvp with a score of 7/2/18, and 36%dmg dealt. Btw their roamer was Badang and for some reasons he was spamming recall and emote even more than their Chou, but still ended up with a chocolate medal so I reported him lol
At least you win or lose they not blame you. my teammates report me (mage) because in the game my KDA 5/1/20 report me because I die too few

the thing is, most of his abilities are long range so its very easy to be targeted by a fighter/ assasin. i main ruby and natalia and i cannot count how many cecis i've killed bc i was up in their face

Rushing Elegant Gem helps for early regeneration. It can help you regenerate up to level 6/7 before fully buying Clock of Destiny. Saves you a lot of time going back to lane from the fountain. Very versatile in different setups and rankings. Cecilion carries all the way to Mythical Glory.

@@thatspellcastkkid_7672YT Nope, you can just spam first skill in the first 5 mins. Once you clear the first wave, every other wave is so fast to clear, you can just recall when out of mana and be back and not lose a single minion.
I usually build at least dominance ice and immortality, and athena shield against burst magic heroes. As long as he doesn't die, he can continue to stack up and still deal a lot of damage

just wanna give my opinion based on my own experience, if u are buying clock, you can use it as an indication to see if you are doing good in early or not. if u manage to buy it within at least 3mins 40sec, ur early is very good, take advantage of it. (2min 30 sec is the best, go gank and push). if you obtain clock pass 5mins mark, its better to think far ahead on what is the best strategy to engage (either ks, ks buff, push, aggressive ganking or other)

Nahhhhh he can be easily outplayed by characters with good approach skill. Imagine going ceci against Jawhead!!!! Ceci shines in team fights, he can spam a lot of skill given enough mana, But the enemy need to be at the correct distance! Teams with a lot of cc really helps
@@Y-I-N-A welp try beating CECI with 500 stacks full build inside the inhibitor or base if 5 could survive. Ofc CECI is squishy since he's a mage but in some circumstances if he build immortality,brute force and winter truncheon then clock of destiny and lightning truncheon, everything is history

Ah, yes. Cecilion is the whole reason why I managed to reach Mythic in the first place. I Started out with 80% Winrate on him and lost a wopping 15% winrate when I was climbing for first time Mythic.
If I tried to do it with any other hero I would've probably taken a lot longer.

I play very passive on cecilion in early game i just hit random jungle monsters whenever there are no minions on mid and my goal is to make 100 stacks on 5 minute. my team always flames me but this tactic is working cause every game i am mvp with like 40% dmg on team
