This is top quality Husbandry. Not a lot of men in here but I started watching when you had Amalah because i thought i would be a father soon. I didnt but youre the archetype for fatherhood for me. And this helps me have a Husband archetype too. I love to see it. Thank you LaGuardia and much love and blessings to you and Leah 🙏🏾🙏🏾
You should also watch Beleaf in fatherhood if you haven't already.
Taking some pages out of both their books would definitely set you up to be the father and husband that's needed to create a strong family.

I just want to commend you for how unbelievably helpful YOU ARE to your wife as she goes through this. You literally designed a database to help her figure it out.
I went through similar things and my husband just belittled me for not being able to get my life together.
Your support of her throughout this process is priceless and I’m sure means the world to her.
I hope this is no longer your husband. A help meet is what you need, but that is not what you're receiving. Someone like that will make your heavy load heavier which can push you over the edge. You probably have children to think about. And of course, yourself to love first regardless.
I want to piggyback on your comment and say same. I’m watching him be a supportive husband and when I went through and currently struggle with my own issues, I was talked down to and my husband weaponized my mental health against me to where I found it easier to suffer in silence.
@@diwi5823 You’d be surprised at how common this situation is in marriages where one of the partners suffers from a silent disability. It’s talked about all up and down the facebook groups for autoimmune conditions, etc. He is still my husband but yes, I am definitely aware that how he handled me in that instance was wrong.
We Love Leah ❤Thank you everyone for the the insight cause it’s been very helpful to me and many others. Love and blessings everyone ❤
i take st John's wort and ginko biloba
I'm not trying to throw shade on my husband, but he leaves me to figure these types of things out on my own. No matter how much I make it known that having his support or just a listening ear would mean so much to me, he feels I'm my own best advocate. He'll, of course, ask how I'm feeling and will get things that I ask for to help me. But I've never seen a man go this deep into figuring out how to help his wife. This is so honorable. I'm praying for Leah, and she's so blessed to have all of you in her corner.
No worries my husband does too. Even though his family has dealt with. He feels like I'm better equipped with dealing with my depression. All I know is that seasonal depression is knocking on my door and I hope I deal with it better than last year.
Everyone has different capacities.
I just left a comment highlighting the beautiful support of this man. Praying for you ladies and others for increasing in capacity and realization of your partners concerning the heavy burdens their partner carries. Let us all be God given partners with patience love and support for one another, in Jesus name Amen 🙌🏿.
I love how you’re reaching out for the help and really being a supportive spouse. Prayers and love 🙏🏾💚
I am a black woman that deals with this exact same thing. A partial hysterectomy will not accomplish a solution because the hormones come from the ovaries. With a partial, the cycle continues, and eggs can still be fertilized. It's just that the eggs flow out the body with no home (i.e. uterus) to land in. I agree that partial is the better route. I have had an easier time with the partial than my mom who had to have the complete. For me, the monthly doomsday feeling still hits consistently. What I have found that helps is a) be that loved one who reminds Leah, "could this deep feeling be related to that time?" Every month, my mom had to remind me before the start of my cycle because I knew I was not loved and the world was against me and I had nothing to offer the world. From age 12 to now at 56 its a monthly discussion. The mind does not equate the feeling with the cycle. It just feels doomed. And b) healthy, balanced diet - to which u are already committed - fruits, veggies, low sugar, low sodium, minimal if any fried, a balanced portion of carbs and protein tailored for Leah's activity level, and low saturated fat. When that doomed moment hits, drink water and LaGuardia be that beautiful listening ear, no advice needed during those moments. I am a health coach and fitness nutrition specialist of 15 years. I'd be happy to chat with the two of you gratis. Let me know what email to share contact info. This online auntie is here for you. You, your talent, and your family have been there for me.❤

This is AWESOME! I hope they take you up on your offer. I’m sending loving and healing energy your way as well. It is a blessing to see community come together with love, support, and advice! ❤
I am so impressed by you. You have taken one of the most hurtful places in our society, the internet, and produced a nurturing, supportive, caring place. You rock. Blessings on your path.
👏👏👏👏 I couldn't agree more!!!
👏👏👏👏 I couldn't agree more!!!
Keep going!!! My husband has never abandoned me through all my issues. Praying for you guys!!!
Still praying for Leah, the Girls and you, LaGuardia
The village is here for you nephew. We love Leah, the girls and you. I am proud that you are reaching out and know that you aren't alone.
A community is a good idea. Love you son.
Peace, wisdom, immaculate healing and abundant blessings to you and your family, bruh
Wow I love this for Leah, I’m praying your love for each other last for an eternity. Lord I see what you’re doing for others
No, LaGuardia... Thank you for sharing her with us. That's why we go so hard for her, you, and our babies. You are also in our prayers for you to have the strength to push through as well.
We love y'all so much 🥰🥰
Before the partial hysterectomy definitely get an Ablation.
Getting on the schedule to have it done is fast and the time to Recovery is faster.
Best decision I ever made, and insurance covered 100% if your OBG signs off on it!
yeah I had an ablation. helped
Your vibration is so much higher on this video LGC🎉...so glad you and Leah feel blessed by all of us because we have certainly been blessed in return. Btw....my "Black and Humble tee" by Nayely is so soft and comfy!! ❤
Praying for her, your girls, and you!
I must say I feel helpless for any sound advice for Leah aside from all of the remedies you’ve already mentioned. What I can give right now at this very moment is LOVING, HEALING, SUPPORTIVE, and STRENGTHENING ENERGY to Leah, you, the Girls, and all of your support heroes surrounding you ( whether they be friends, family or online friends and family). Watching this made me realize how absolutely important community is! It may take a village to raise a child… but it takes a whole loving community to grow a balanced human. You might be on to something LaGuardia! This Channel was “New Father Chronicles “… you are now “chronicling” your experiences with just being human. Navigating through trials and tribulations of everyday life with challenges that most people don’t talk to others about. This channel has evolved into a very powerful platform for connecting people. It is the very essence of community. We have laughed, cried, prayed supported, listened, learned with all of you. Thank you for sharing…. It really does mean the world to me. ❤
We love Leah!!! She helped me myself at 14 and helped me realize there is hope. Your family gives me so much genuine hope, and i love yall. I remember when my sister was a baby and randomly when we saw an excavator she said “Malah!” :) It was so cute. Love you guys ❤
One thing if you havent done so already, check for polyps in the womb.
Wow you setting the bar real high, thank you for loving her like this!
Thank you, Lord for hearing our prayers and moving the cross family towards a solution.
Love it! You SHOULD create a group for supportive fathers and husbands going through this and similar issues. I think you keep getting called to this and you have a thriving community surrounding you. You could even set it us so that you can fully participate.
You are an AMAZING husband : you asked for help, did research and keep praying . You did not just guilt trip her and asked her to figure it out. Your humility and sens of partnership is trully inspiring and God will see and answer you. Be blessed brother, you , your beautiful wife, your beautiful family, trully asking God to continue to bless you above and beyond your needs in Jesus name 🙌🏿❤️
You are an awesome husband. Thank you for hanging in there God bless you.
Ginger calms cramps. Magically.
Pumpkin seeds are great for calming hormones, I am premi-menopause, it calms me down a lot Hibiscus tea Rose hip teat is very helpful also prayers God's a healer
I send prayers to Leah and I know she will feel better soon with the right combination of either medicine or holistically.🙏💖💫❤️. She has such a great support system with you and her kids and of course the grand parents💕💖❤️🙏
This is beautiful how everyone is working together and sharing advice to help. Brings tears to my eyes. Hugs to your family and everyone.
I don’t think people realise how helpful it is to share what you’re going through as a creator. The amount of people who can benefit just from hearing your story and will relate to this in some way or another. When we only see the good it gives us an unrealistic expectation of ourselves and our loved ones. These moments are realistic and helpful to talk about experiences and solutions which could really help someone. Anyway thank you for sharing! I have dealt with several family members having depression and this really resonated.
We’re pulling for Leah. LaGuardia, you are an unbelievable husband and father and I pray that this journey is not only successful long-term for Leah & the girls but grows into a global resource that helps everyone in this battle.
Love this family ❤❤❤❤
Leah is sooo beautiful of a woman. She needs institutional support surrounded by 24/7 professionals.
You are amazing! And your wife and daughters are blessed to have you in their life. I will continue to lift you all in prayers!
I was going through all the comments before commenting and I was going to suggest changing what she eats and I saw a lot of women saying taking certain foods out of her diet may help and I agreed and also doing a body detox. Prayers for Leah and your family. 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤
My bloodwork looked normal until I sought out a naturopath who specializes in women's reproductive issues, mine being PCOS. When she analyzed my bloodwork she saw that although my bloodwork is normal, it is abnormal and low/ high considering the issue I have. Every doctor said that I was healthy and fine. Upon being diagnosed with Pcos, I have realized that everything is connected to that including my depression. Last month was so bad I was in bed for 2 weeks not being able to work and I've times where I've been suicidal not knowing why. I hope Leah gets the help and that God brings about the right people to partner with you all to get to the root cause and provide healing. It's a daily challenge but I commend you all on your resiliency, even the girls.
La Guardia I am just so impressed with how informed you are. .my hats off to you as a husband and father, taking such an active roll in this journey. Will continue to pray for your family. I really hope a viable solution shows up and SOON!!!!❤
Thanks for the appreciative shout out of my prior comment. More than that I’m honored and thankful that resonated enough to you and hopefully other men in seemingly impossible situations.
There’s hope! By God’s grace (in many of the categories you are researching), we are on the other side of many of the issues I felt powerless to influence much less change. I pray that you will look back on these days, months, and years marveling on how far you and your family have come to a place of wholeness.
Praying for you and your wife as you guys are going through this turmoil. Just know that Jesus is an anchor in times of trouble. So whatever you guys decide on doing just make sure prayer is a major part of it! God bless you and your family.🙏❤
Whoaaa. This is so cool that you’re a husband/man that’s invested in making sure your wife’s hormonal/overall wellbeing is in tact. Kuddos to you! 🎉
I prayed for answers that lead to deliverance for Leah and I prayed for your family. Take comfort in knowing that God has you at all times. Love and all the best! Thank you for reminding us what to pray about.❤Never stop pushing.
Many of us suffer but from your desire to reach out we are ALL helping each other and realizing we really are NOT alone. I'm praying 🙏 that the Spirit of God reveals to you BOTH the missing link she needs to cause her body to function in order and peace. Our bodies are all different and complicated but I believe it's God's will be be whole and that healing is in the natural resources he's put here on earth. May you both have MORE grace and peace❤
I give you a lot of credit LaGuardia you're putting your personal life of pain and happiness for all of us to witness. You are a very strong man for sharing because what you're doing is supporting us, helping us be aware what we could do to help other people in the same situation. And I thank you for that. Love and hugs to your wife and kids and yourself.
Praying for Leah ‘s victory over this storm🙏🏽🙏🏽
I even reached out to my aunt to ask her. We are all praying for you and your family.
First and all blessings to your wife!
You are such a great example of a man loving his wife in all seasons! Thank you!
I pray God anoints the intellect of every doctor that you see. I prayhe leads and guides you by ordering your steps to the people who have the answers. In Jesus Name!
You are blessed to have Leah and she's blessed to have you. This is human beings are supposed to act....to care for each other!
This is what it's about, ' for better or worse.'
I've fought the ugliness called depression most of my life. I have empathy for Leah and all who suffer from any illness.
Thx for appreciating my boo, Atypical IC ❤. I commend you for your openness. Im sure when u start that community of supportive yet helpless spouses he will be the first one to sign up. Blessings and peace to you and your fam.

It is nice to hear that she is doing much better. Praying for complete healing. Blessings to you and your family. May God continues to give the strength that you need for your family
Glad we could be of help. It is hard when you are not sure what the issue is. It can take time to find the right mix of things that work.
Blessings on blessings, LaGuardia and Leah. Help is coming!!!!! ❤❤
I'm pretty sure you'll not favor seeing another comment from this granny, but-- I will CONTINUE to pray for you both! :) You are SUCH a gooooood man! Your wife and daughters are blessed that you are their BLOOD! God IS going to intervene! The answer is simply, yet to be discovered. Hold TIGHT, my friend! Signed; "THAT grandma". :) P.S. hug them ALL for me (and the cats TOO)! :)
Hang in there, you are helping your family. Struggle and tough times definitely can make one weary. Growth, often than not , is painful literally and figuratively. Women are complex, I know, I am one. My husband has and continues to weather the storm of my menopause journey. I am thankful for the Most High God's grace and mercy, and I am thankful for a husband who shows his love daily for me. Even at times, I could not genuinely reciprocate. We have been married 27 years and dated for 1 1/2 years. Please don't give up you,Leah and the girls need each other . God's speed in all of your family endeavors. God bless.
Texas USA 🇺🇸 🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜

God bless you and Your family. Praying because prayer has Kept me
I’m a black woman who is 39 and single …this video gives me hope . I have recently noticed how bad and low I feel through the different phases of my cycle. I did have trouble when I was younger but it has increasingly got worse . I do feel like I might not make it out alive sometimes 😢 I go to therapy and I do my best to eat right and have fun but I’m the last 1 or so it’s bad . I have anxiety on top of it along with other things . I felt I always had PMDD but never knew how to prove it . I’ve felt really lost , sad and emotionally drained . I’m so happy your wife has you . Such a blessing to see a man stand beside his wife
Love you Cross' . I'm grateful for your presence and positive content on the internet. You add so much beauty to the world, my prayers are with your entire family.
Praying for you and your wife. Please keep us posted. Love you all.
Endocrinologist could really help.
Men need support too.
You are a special man
Leah is blessed to have a partner who advocates for her and strives to protect her. I read many good suggestions and am praying God will give you wisdom and discernment in choosing the right treatment. I'm also praying you and Leah find peace and comfort in the process.
Love your whole family and continuing to pray for all of y'all ❤️🙏
Yes, I am so happy that you have found some possible solutions to explore ❤🙏🏽🙏🏽

I don’t watch all the time so I can’t quiet consider myself an auntie but like others I extend love and healing to you and your beautiful family. I appreciate what you represent- a type of commitment and care not standard and rarely showcased. You may never know what living this boldly in integrity has done for others but it’s divine. Praying for you and thanking you ❤ Leah 💗 The girls 💗 Your in person community 💗 love to you all.
The heart we have for your family is so real. I'm excited about the outpouring. Shoot, I'm loving how it's all organized. Got me pausing to try and read.

Standing on your head on your bed is a factory reset when all else fails, and inner cleaning of privet area.
Food allergies are a must watch, when pain comes is normally a consequence of food
I really hope that you and your wife find a solution. I commend you for being a rock for your family. A community where men can be supportive to each other would be great for you and other men going through the same. Continue to lead your beautiful family in strength and love.

I am so happy she is doing better ❤
I pray it all works out by God's grace! Amen!
If the menstrual cycle is the issue, maybe you should ask about a procedure called an Ablation which is where the tubes are tied and the endometrial lining in removed to Permanently stop the menstrual cycle without needing a Hysterectomy. If the tubes are already tied, an Ablation is a outpatient surgery. Hope this helps 🙏🏾
Bless you, bless you.
Oh my goodness. I have to say it. I am just floored that as a man how supportive you are when it comes to women issues, health and hormones. I have never seen that and I have so much respect. Most men wouldnt understand and would not try. Many women feel dismissed in this manner. Many many prayers to you and your family.
some of us… are so drawn to this level of honesty. some of us don’t do the bs cover-up that had been modeled for us in the past. I can barely express how much i celebrate you as you live in honesty.
blown away. sending light and love.
God bless all y'all Leah will. Be just fine🙏🏼💯💜
Also I microdosed shrooms for a year. I was Ina bad place with ptsd, I know this is hormonal based but maybe there's some emotional/psychological issued she could have. It helped me tremendously.
So proud of you and your efforts for your wife's health, happiness and overall quality of life. This is what UNCONDITIONAL LOVE looks like. More of this from our men Lord. And thank YOU! ❤
