This was an instant classic as soon as it was released. Just when Trance music needed it, Will Atkinson showed. Thank god I had the chance to hear it on a huge soundsystem.
It's hard to believe this is 7 years old! As you said this will still be an instant classic going in 2024!

as much as it hurts me to say it (massive atkinson fan) this one doesn't just quite cut it, gave it some time hopeing that it would grow on me but its not on the same level as victims and numb the pain. probably will struggle to find a place in my top 5 for the year at this rate.
its still a great tune, but its just lacking something. even seeing armin drop it on the mainstage i don't think it got quite a huge reaction. maybe when I get to hear it live my perception will change but right now ntp > victims > this
This is possibly the best trance track I've heard in the last 10 years, I can't fault it, maybe there are some sounds I would change myself but that would affect the whole balance.
It's 10/10 for me, best he's done by far

it doesn't help that this song is probably the least played out of the songs i mentioned.

@@Adm1rance that's fair enuff, ur entitled to your opinion, just as a bit of an audio nerd and trance artist myself, this appeals much more than other songs, its got surprise, suspense, anticipation, release, euphoria and seems over so quick even at 9 mins long.
But my taste is quite bizarre I guess, his other stuff is good, this is just clean and lush!
