Thanks for your help. I took my FE777 retainer clip out and everything shot out - so I didn't even know the order after finding the parts. The honing info was needed also.

Great video, love that hone, might see if i can find one somewhere as seems better than the stone type.
Was going to be doing the same to the master cylinder on my Loadstar as it uses the exact same cylinder, mine was locked up solid and took quite some work to take apart. alas it turns out seal kits are currently unavailable, even though you can buy a new cylinder... Go figure.
In the end i found a new genuine navistar one for a decent price... And its still US made (i bought a cheap chinese made one first with intention of temp fitting it while I rebuilt the original... It turned up full of machining swarf, so i returned it)

That was great ! I am just wondering how did you know what kind of rebuild kit to order?
I have a 1975 Grove 18 ton crane and my swing brake master cylinder looks almost exactly like the one in your video so I said I gotta watch this!😀🇨🇦

$20 dollars for a brake master cylinder is Cheap and a great savings to laying out a est.$300.00cdn. & a person who rebuilds the very important part Knows it's done right & sometimes better than the jobber Chinese knockoff part & you were doing that subliminal Free advertising with the Ukrainian heater aka Touqe for that heavy equipment rent money grab company which I'm not going to say here you know who it is. And probably got that washable heater for free at the rent desk.
